IN THE DEFENSE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT AND

Setting: DEFENSE MINISTER REGULATION ON

USE OF TELECOM SERVICES IN THE ENVIRONMENT

MINISTRY OF DEFENSE AND NATIONAL ARMY

INDONESIA.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:

Second Section

TNI Commander-in-Chief

Article 29

b. Chief of the General Staff of the TNI; and

c. Assistant Communications and Elektronika Commander of the TNI.

Article 31

(1) The Chief of Staff of the Force as referred to in

Section 30 of the letter a consists of:

a. Army Chief of Staff;

b. Navy Chief of Staff; and

c. Air Force Chief of Staff.

(2) The Army Chief of Staff referred to

paragraph (1) the letter a delegate to the Director

Army relations as a technical ensign

(3) Navy Chief of Staff referred to

Article 32

(1) The Chief of General Staff of the TNI as referred to in

Article 30 of the letter b delegated to the Commander

Article 33

Article 35

Section 60

Article 62

Article 64

FUNDING

Article 67

Funding of the use of Telecommunications Services in the environment

Kemhan and TNI are charged on the Revenue Budget and

Section 68

Defense Minister Number: KEP/763/X/2011 dated 11

October 2011 on Terms of Use of Services

National Army Indonesia, revoked and declared no

Article 69

At the time the Minister's Ordinance came into effect, all

the acting regulations of the Defense Minister's Decision

Number: KEP/763/X/2011 dated October 11, 2011 on

Terms of Use of Services Telecommunications in the Environment

Ministry of Defence and National Armed Forces of Indonesia,

stated that it still remains in effect as long as it does not contradictory

or has not been replaced with a new one under the Regulation
