Second Section

The task and authority of the Assembly of Conduct

Article 13

(1) The Council of Conduct is obliged to maintain, uphold and

enforce the Information Commission Member Code.

(2) The Council of Conduct is independent, free, and fair in

running the task.

(3) The Code of Conduct of the Information Commission is authorized:

a. calling and asking for party information

and reported;

b. requesting data from the Information and agencies Commission

BAB VI

CONDUCT

Section 15

BAB VIII

ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDATION

Article 20

(1) The Ethics Council Recommendations are final and binding.

(2) The Information Commission Ethics Council may provide

Article 21

(1) The Assembly of Conduct convees a recommendation of the alleged

violation of the Code of Conduct to the Information Commission for
