Second Section
The task and authority of the Assembly of Conduct
Article 13
(1) The Council of Conduct is obliged to maintain, uphold and
enforce the Information Commission Member Code.
(2) The Council of Conduct is independent, free, and fair in
running the task.
(3) The Code of Conduct of the Information Commission is authorized:
a. calling and asking for party information
and reported;
b. requesting data from the Information and agencies Commission

Section 14

BAB VI
TATA WAY REPORTING ALLEGED VIOLATION CODE
CONDUCT
Section 15
(1) The alleged violation of the Code of Conduct violations was delivered
to the Information Commission in question.
(2) The Information Commission must hold a plenary meeting
slow 3 (three) days since the receipt of the alleged
violation of the Code of Conduct as referred to in paragraph
(1).
(3) The Plenary Meeting of the Information Commission as intended

a. accepted or disapproved of the alleged violation report

b. the names of the Assembly of Conduct.
(4) In terms of the report received or rejected, the Commission

delivers the Redemption of the Assembly of Conduct to the name-

Article 16
(1) Code Session Ethics are closed.

Article 17

or
c. His attachments or skills are not relevant.
(4) The evidence may be submitted by the parties.

BAB VIII
ASSEMBLY RECOMMENDATION
Article 20
(1) The Ethics Council Recommendations are final and binding.
(2) The Information Commission Ethics Council may provide
The recommendation consists of a proven statement or

(3) In case it is proven to conduct a breach of the Code of Conduct
as referred to paragraph (1) then the Ethics Assembly shall
provides also the recommendation of sanctions.

Conduct, The Ethics Council may provide a sanction recommendation
as follows:
a. Light sanctions, such as:
1. oral reprimand; and
2. Written reprimand.
b. Moderate sanctions, being exempt from any duties
and authorization for 3 months.
c. Severe sanctions, such as fixed stops.
Article 21
(1) The Assembly of Conduct convees a recommendation of the alleged
violation of the Code of Conduct to the Information Commission for
set in the plenary meeting of the Information Commission.
(2) The plenary meeting of the Information Commission sets sanctions that
delivered by the Council of Conduct the slowest 2 (two) days
work since the recommendation of the Assembly of Conduct is received.
