THE HEALTH MINISTER REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. Tooth and Mouth Therapist is one of

the type of health care that has the authority to

host dental health care and

mouth in accordance with the field of expertise that is owned;

b. that in order to protect the recipient community

health care, any healthcare that will

run its profession practice must have a permit

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite regulations-

the invitation;

c. that Health Minister Regulation Number 58 of the Year

2012 on the Hosting of Dental Nurse Work,

is seen as no longer compatible with the development

the legal dynamics and community needs of the recipient

health care;

d. that based on consideration as

referred to in letters a, letter b, and letter c, and

to implement the provisions of Article 46 of the paragraph (7)

Dental Health Care and Mulut

DECIDED:

SET: HEALTH MINISTER REGULATIONS ON PERMISSION AND

STAGING PRACTICE DENTAL AND MOUTH THERAPISTS.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Tooth and Mouth Therapists are any person who has

passed dental education, dental nurse or therapist

teeth and mouth in accordance with regulatory provisions

legislation.

2. The Dental and Mouth Health Care Service is

a planned maintenance service, followed in

a specific time in a continuous field

promotion, preventative, and simple curative for

increase degree of dental and mouth health that

is optimal in individuals, groups, and communities.

3. Health care facilities are tools and/or

places used to host efforts

health services, whether promotional, preventive, curative

and rehabilitative are done by the Government,

local government, and/or society.

4. STRTGM is a written proof that

provided by the Government to the Dental Therapists and Mulut

that have certified competency in accordance with

provisions of the laws.

5. SIPTGM (SIPTGM) is a written proof

granting authority to exercise the practice

of the Dental Therapists and Mouth-professionals.

6. The standards of the Dental Therapists and Mouth are limits

The minimum ability of knowledge, skills,

and professional behavior that must be mastered and owned

by Dental Therapists and Mouth to be able to perform

7. The Minister is the Minister who organizes affairs

BAB II

PERIZCOP

Part Kesatu

Qualifying Therapist Dental and Mulut

Article 2

Based on her education, Therapist The teeth and the Mouth

are qualified as follows:

a. Dental Therapist and Mouth Graduate School of Rawat Rawat

Gigi;

b. Dental Therapists and Mouth graduates of the Three Health Diploma

Gigi, Dental Care or Dental Therapist and Mulut; and

c. Dental Therapist and Mouth Graduate of the Four

Dentistry or Dental Therapist and Mulut.

Second Part

STRTGM

Article 3

(1) Dental Therapist and Mulut to be able to do practice

The profession must be has an STRTGM.

(2) To be able to acquire STRTGM as

referred to paragraph (1), the Dental Therapist and Mouth must

have a competency certificate in accordance with the provisions

laws.

(3) STRTGM as referred to in paragraph (1) applies

for 5 (five) years.

(4) STRTGM as referred to in paragraph (1) can

be obtained in accordance with the terms of the perinvite rule-

invitation.

Section 4

the expiring STRTGM may be

extended during meeting the requirements in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

Third Quarter

SIPTGM

Article 5

(1) Dental Therapist and Mouth-run practice

The profession is mandatory to have SIPTGM.

(2) SIPTGM as referred to in paragraph (1) given

to the Dental Therapists and Mulut who have had

STRTGM.

(3) SIPTGM as referred to in paragraph (1)

issued by the county/city local government.

(4) SIPTGM as referred to in paragraph (3) applies

for 1 (one) place.

Section 6

(1) Dental Therapists and Mulut can only have at most 2

(two) SIPTGM.

(2) A second SIPTGM request may be performed

showing that the Dental Therapist and Mouth have been

has the first SIPTGM.

Section 7

(1) To acquire SIPTGM as intended

in Section 5, Tooth and Mouth Therapists must submit

pleas to the county/city local government

by attaching it:

Article 15

The management of the dental and oral health care services as

referred to in Article 12 of the paragraph (1) of the letter c includes:

a. the administration of the dental clinic and the mouth;

c. management of the UKGS program; and

d. UKGM/UKGMD program management.

Article 16

Basic health care in case of dental health

is limited as referred to in Section 12 of the paragraph (1) letter

c. post-action treatment.

Section 17

Dental escence as referred to in Section 12 of the paragraph

Second Section

Devolution Authority

Article 18

In addition to the authority referred to in Article 12,

The Dental Therapist and Mouth can carry out the service:

a. under supervision over the devolution of authority

the mandate of the dentist; or

b. based on a government assignment as needed.

Article 19

The devolve of authority mandates of the dentist

as referred to in Article 18 of the letter a includes:

a. tooth amblers are more than two fields;

b. root channel treatments; and

c. prescripation and medications.

Article 20

(1) Abundance of authority based on assignment

the government as referred to in Article 18 of the letter

b is done in case there are no dentists at an

area.

(2) Service in order to be authorized

as referred to in paragraph (1) can only

be done by the Dental Therapist and the Mouth that has

gets training.

(3) The ministry in order of the authority of the authority

as referred to in paragraph (2) includes services

dental and mouth health according to competency

Article 21

Article 22

Article 23

(1) Dental Therapists and Mulut who will do the work

independently must meet the minimum standards of means,

equipment, and medication according to the needs of the upbringing

dental and mouth health.

(2) The minimum standard of means, equipment, and medicine

as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in

Attachment that is an inseparable part of

This Minister Regulation.

Third Section

Article 24

(1) In performing the practice of the profession Dentistry

and the Mulut are required to record.

(2) Seekers as referred to in verse (1) mandatory

Fourth Quarter

Rights and Obligations

Article 25

In carrying out its professional practice, the Dental Therapists

and Mulut have the following rights:

a. obtaining legal protection throughout

carrying out its work in accordance with the standards

b. obtaining complete and honest information from the patient

and/or the patient ' s family;

c. carrying out tasks in accordance with competence and

authority;

d. receive the rewards of the profession services; and

e. obtaining a protection guarantee against the work risk

in relation to its duties in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

Article 26

(1) In carrying out the practice of its profession, therapist

Gigi and Mulut have the following obligations:

a. respect for patient rights;

b. keeping a secret in accordance with the provisions

legislation regulation;

c. provide information on health issues

and the services needed;

d. obtaining an action agreement that will

be executed to the patient;

e. performing referrals for cases outside of competence

and its authority in accordance with the provisions

the laws of the negotiations; and

f. comply with the standards of the profession, the standard of service,

standard of operational procedures, and the professional code of conduct.

(2) Dental Therapists and Mulut in the exercise of practice

The profession must always improve the quality

knowledge and technology through education and

training in accordance with the field of duty, which

is organized by the Profes-organization or the government.

BAB IV

COACHING AND SUPERVISION

Article 27

(1) Government, provincial local government, and government

county/city area doing coaching and

oversight of the conduct of professional practices

Dental Therapists and Mouth.

(2) In doing coaching and supervision

as referred to in the paragraph (1), Government,

provincial local government, local government

county/city may involve the Profession Organization.

(3) Coaching and supervision as referred to

on paragraph (1) is directed to improve the quality

dental and mouth health services, safety

possibilities that can pose a danger to

health.
