(2) In the staging of Integrated UKK Post,

the provincial regional government has a task as

following:

related to the implementation of Integrated UKK Post in

g. conducting training (TOT) on health officials

to host Integrated UKK Post;

cross-program and cross-sector communications

(3) In hosting of the Integrated UKK Post,

the county/city county government has a task

as following:

a. carrying out the policy and regulations of the invite-

b. conduct Integrated UKK Post coaching

with Puskesmas;

c. performing Coordination with Cross Program in

District Health Service/Kota;

d. encourage Puskesmas to empower

community self-effort workers, small (businesses

small and medium) carry out efforts

e. carrying out logging and reporting.

(4) In carrying out the task as referred to

paragraph (1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3), Government, government

BAB III

Section 5

(1) Concurrent of Integrated UKK Post using

The Second Part

The Creation Requirements of the UKK Post Integrated Post

Section 6

(1) The Work Health Care Post is set up in the region

society with the field of same-sex jobs.

(2) The formation of Integrated UKK Post as

referred to a paragraph (1) must meet the requirements

as follows:

a. based on the worker ' s desire;

b. same type of work;

c. has at least 10 workers (ten)

persons;

d. has at least 10% (ten percent)

of worker numbers;

e. kader comes from the working group or

society; and

f. provide integrated health care

with other health programs.

(3) Integrated service provisioning as intended

on paragraph (1) the letter f performed with the cross

sector and traffic program.

Third Section

The Bill System

Article 7

(1) Organizing of the Integrated UKK Post is mandatory to refer to

a health care facility for Disease Due to

Work or other diseases that could not be handled.

(2) The persuasion as referred to in paragraph (1) must

pay attention to:

a. illness criteria or accidents that must

be referenced;

b. how to refer; and

c. referral flows.

(3) Disease Criteria which should be referred to as

is referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a as follows:

a. Already treated illness for 2 (two) days

is not cured;

b. recurrent disease; and

c. diseases that are not able to be addressed at the Effort

Work Health.

(4) The accident Criteria which should be referred to as

a. accident with weight category;

b. light mishap that has been given P3K but not

there is a change or is getting worse in 2

The scope of the arrangement in this Ministerial Regulation

includes the duties and responsibilities, hosting

integration of the UKK Postal Service, role and stakeholders

interests, financing, logging and reporting, and

coaching and supervision.

BAB II

GOVERNMENT AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT DUTIES

Section 4

(1) In the hosting of the Integrated UKK Post,
