ARE LIMITED.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In Regulation of this Minister referred to:
1. Immigration is a matter of people's traffic that
in or out of the Territory of Indonesia as well as
its supervision in order to keep its pressure

Article 2
(1) Any foreigner who enters the Indonesian Territory
must have a valid Visa and still in effect, unless

Article 3
(1) Visa as referred to in Article 2 consists of:
a. Visa visits; and
b. Visa residency is limited.
(2) The granting of a Visa as referred to in paragraph (1)
is the authority of the Minister.
(3) The granting of the Visa grant as referred to
on the paragraph (2) is exercised by the Director General.
Section 4
(1) Visa as referred to in Section 3 must
be used in the longest running time of 90
(ninety) days from the date published.
(2) If in the timeframe as it is in question
on the paragraph (1) Visa is not used, Visa is declared not
applicable.

VISIT VISA
Part Kesatu
General
Section 5
Visa visits as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (1)
the letter a consists of:
a. Visit visas 1 (one) times travel;
b. Visa visits multiple times travel; and
c. Visit visa upon arrival.

Section 6
(1) Visa visits 1 (one) times travel as
referred to in Article 5 a letter a given to Person
Foreign to stay in Indonesia's longest 60

a. tourist;
b. family;
c. social;
d. art and culture;
e. Government task;
f. Non-commercial sports;

in the application and innovation of industrial technology
to improve the quality and design of products
industries as well as foreign marketing cooperation for
Indonesia;
i. doing emergency and urgent work;
j. journalistic that has obtained permission from the agency
authorities;
k. Non-commercial filmmaking and
has obtained permission from the authorized agency;
l. doing business talks;
m. doing purchases of goods;
n. give a lecture or follow a seminar;
o. following an international exhibition;
p. following a meeting held with the headquarters
or a representative in Indonesia;
q. conduct an audit, production quality control or
inspection at the company branch in Indonesia;
r. foreign labor candidates in the capabilities test
in the works;
s. forwarded a trip to another country; and
t. Merged with the transport tools in
Indonesia Region.

Section 7
(1) Visa visits multiple times as
referred to in Section 5 of the letter b given to the Person
Foreign with the Visa term for 5 (five) Years
for staying in the Indonesian Region for at least 60 (six
twenty) days.
(2) Visa visits as referred to by paragraph (1)
are given to the Stranger in order:
a. family;
b. social;
c. art and culture;
d. Government assignment;
e. doing business talks;
f. doing purchases of goods;
g. following the seminar;
h. following an international exhibition;
i. following meetings held with the headquarters
or representative in Indonesia; and
j. forwarded the trip to another country.
Article 8
(1) Visa visits upon arrival as intended
in Article 5 of the letter c given to the Stranger
to stay in the Indonesia Region at least 30 (three
(2) days.
(2) Visa visits as referred to by paragraph (1)
are given to the Stranger in order:
a. tourist;
b. family;
c. social;
d. art and culture;
e. Government task;
f. Non-commercial sports;
g. the study of appeals, short courses and brief training;
h. doing emergency and urgent work;
i. doing business talks;
j. doing purchases of goods;

m. following a meeting held with the headquarters
or a representative in Indonesia;
n. forwarded a trip to another country; and
o. join the transport tools located in
Indonesia Region.
The Second Section
Technical Procedure of the Visit Visa
Article 9
(1) Visa visits as referred to in Section 5
granted based on the application.
(2) The application referred to in paragraph (1) can
be submitted:
a. manual; or
b. electronic.
(3) Visa Request visits electronically
as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter b is performed
via the Immigration Management Information System.
Article 10
(1) Visa Application visit 1 (one) the trip
or several times the trip was submitted by the Stranger
to the Immigration Officer at the Republican Representative
Indonesia abroad.
(2) In regard to the Representative of the Republic of Indonesia outside
country no Immigration Officials as
referred to paragraph (1), Visa application visit
submitted to foreign service officials.
(3) A visit Visa Request as intended
on paragraph (1) is done by filling the data application and
attaching the requirement:
a. a valid passport and still the shortest applicable:
1. 6 (six) months for 1 (one) trip times;

2. 18 (eighteen) months for a number of times
trips for 1 (one) year;
3. 3 (three) years for multiple travel times
for 2 (two) years;
4. 4 (four) years for multiple travel times
for 3 (three) years;
5. 5 (five) months for multiple travel times
for 4 (four) years; and
6. 6 (six) years for multiple travel times
for 5 (five) years;
b. a copy of the Guarantee except for
a visit in the course of tourism;
c. proof has cost of living for him and/or
his family for being in the Territory of Indonesia
at least US$ 1500 (thousand five Hundred dollar
America);
d. return ticket or channel ticket to continue
trip to another country except for the tool crew
load that will stop to join
the ship and continue the trip to the other
countries; and
e. (4 cm × 6 cm)
(four centimetres by six centimetres) as much as 2
(two) sheets.
(4) For foreigners who will conduct activities
journalistic and/or film-making, other than having to
attaching requirements as intended to
paragraph (3) must also attach a letter of recommendation from
related agencies.
Article 11
(1) Visa request of the visit upon arrival was submitted
by Stranger from a particular country to the Officials
Appointed Immigration on arrival at the Place

(2) Visitation for visits as intended
on paragraph (1) is done by filling the data application and
attaching the requirements:
a. a valid native passport and still valid most
short 6 (six) months; and
b. return ticket or channel ticket to continue
trip to another country except for the tool crew
transport that will stop to join
the ship and continue the trip to the country
another.
Article 12
(1) In the case of certain visa requests a visit when
the arrival as referred to in Article 11 also
may be submitted by a Stranger that is not from
a particular country.
(2) A request as referred to in paragraph (1)
is submitted by the government or private institution after
gets the approval of the Minister or Immigration Officer
which is designated in the event:
a. no Representative of the Republic of Indonesia in
his country; or
b. a sudden or urgent activity.
(3) Other than having to meet the requirements as
referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2), to acquire
Visa visits upon arrival for the Stranger that
is not from of certain countries should also
attach requirements:
a. a request letter from the Government or the agency
private; and
b. Minister or Immigration Officer's approval letter
designated.
(4) In addition to meeting the requirements as
referred to in Article 11 of the paragraph (2), to obtain
Visa visits upon arrival for the crew of the Angkut Tool
who would stop to join his ship

Article 13
(1) The Stranger of a given country is set

Article 14
(1) Visa visits may also be given to the Stranger
who has no citizenship.
(2) A visit visa referred to

Section 15
(1) Visa Application visit for Stranger:
a. without citizenship;
b. have a travel document instead of a passport
nationality;
c. does a journalistic visit;
d. doing film making;
e. providing guidance, counseling, and training
in the application and innovation of industrial technology
to improve the quality and design of products
industry as well as foreign marketing cooperation for
Indonesia;
f. conducting audits, production quality control, or
inspections on the company ' s branches in Indonesia; and
g. foreign labor candidates in the capability trial
in the works,
may be done after receiving written approval
of the Director General.
(2) In addition to having received written consent from
Director General, for the visit Visa
submitted by the Stranger as referred to
in paragraph (1) letter c and letter d, it must also be received

the technical ministry.
(3) In addition to obtaining a written consent from
The Director General, for the visiting Visa Request
that submitted by Stranger as intended

(4) The General Director's approval as referred to
in paragraph (1) is submitted by the Stranger to the Representative

days of work after the interview is done and
has paid the Immigration charge in accordance with the provisions
laws.
(4) Visiting Visa as referred to
paragraph (1) is mandatory to the Director General.
Article 18
(1) Grant visits a visit submitted by Person
Foreign to the Republican Representative Indonesia and
require Director General's approval to be implemented
via mechanism:

Article 21
(1) Visa visits given based on the Visa Index.
(2) The Visa Index as referred to in paragraph (1)

BAB III
RESIDENCE VISA LIMITED
Part Kesatu
General
Article 22
(1) Visa is limited is given to perform
activities:
a. in order to work; and
b. not in order to work.
(2) Visa is limited in order to work as
referred to in paragraph (1) letter a, covering:
a. as an expert force;
b. join forces to work on board, buoyant tools,
or installations operating in the territorial waters
nusantara, territorial sea, or continental shelf,
as well as the Indonesia Exclusive Economic Zone;

d. doing activities related to the profession
by accepting payment;
e. conducting activities in the frame of filmmaking
that is commercial and has obtained permission from
authorized instance;
f. doing quality surveillance of goods or
production;
g. conducting inspections or audits on branches
companies in Indonesia;
h. serve purnasale;
i. install and reparenate the engine;
j. doing nonpermanent work in order
construction;
k. Hosting arts, music, and processing
raga;
l. conduct professional sports activities;
m. conducting treatment activities; and
n. foreign labor candidates who will work in
frame the skill test.
(3) The limited residence visa is not in order to work
as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b, covering:
a. conducting foreign capital cultivation;
b. following scientific training and research;
c. following education;
d. family unification;
e. repatriation; and
f. (4) A foreigner who can unite with
the family as referred to in paragraph (3) the letter d,
that is:
a. Foreigners who combine with
the husband or wife of an Indonesian citizen;
b. Foreigners who combine with
the husband or wife of the holder of a limited residence or

c. illegitimate child of the marriage between Stranger.

d. children who are not 18 (eighteen) years
and have not yet married from a foreigner who are married
are legally with an Indonesian citizen; and

Article 23

a. Foreigners who are legally married to the citizens

with an Indonesian citizen;
c. repatriation;
d. Former Indonesian citizen;
e. Further travelers of international age; or
f. experts, capital planters, spirituists, researchers,
foreigners who follow the training and

Article 45
(1) Limited stay Visa is given based on the Visa Index.

BAB IV
REFUSAL OF VISA
Article 46
Immigration Officer or External Service Officer The country can
reject the Visa grant to Stranger Things,
in case of:
a. name is listed in the List of Withdrawal;
b. does not have a valid Travel Document and is still
valid;
c. does not have enough living expenses for him and/or
his family during the time in Indonesia;
d. do not have a return ticket or a channel ticket for
continuing the trip to another country;
e. do not have permission to return to country of origin or
do not have a Visa to another country;
f. suffering from an infectious disease, a mental illness, or any other
that could harm health or
public order;

g. Engage in organized transnational criminal activity
or compromise the integrity of the territory of the Union State
Republic of Indonesia; and/or
h. including in a network of practices or activities
prostitution, trafficking of people, and smuggling
humans.
Article 47
(1) Visa application rejection as referred to
in Article 46 exercised by Immigration Officials on
Representative of the Republic of Indonesia by publishing
Visa rejection notice delivered
to the Stranger and/or the Recipients.
(2) The reason for the rejection of Visa grant as
is referred to the paragraph (1) is not delivered to the Person
The stranger is concerned.
(3) Visa Rejections as referred to in paragraph (1)
is cated to the Management Information System
Immigration.
Article 48
The refusal of the Visa grant as referred to in
Article 47 must be delivered to the Director General.
BAB V
VISA CANCELLATION
Article 49
Visa may be cancelled in case of:
a. evidently to commit criminal acts against the state
as set out in the rules of
negotiations;
b. doing dangerous or exemplary activities
will be dangerous for public safety and order;

c. There is a request from the Guarantee, that the Guarantee
invalidate the Foreign Person's disposal;
d. There is a request from the Immigration Officer in the Representative
Republic of Indonesia;
e. The Foreign Person's name is listed in the
list of Deniers;
f. Engage in organized transnational criminal
or compromise the integrity of the Union State territory
Republic of Indonesia;
g. including in the network of practices or activities
prostitution, trafficking of people, and Smuggling
Humans; and/or
h. violating the provisions of the laws in
The Territory of Indonesia.
Article 50
(1) The Visa cancellation as referred to in Article 49
is exercised by the Director General or Officer
Immigration in the Representative Republic of Indonesia with
publishes Visa revocation notice letter
delivered to the Stranger and/or its Warranted.
(2) The Visa cancellation as referred to in paragraph (1)
is logged on the Information System Management
Immigration.
(3) The reason for the visa revocation as in paragraph (1) is not
is delivered to the Stranger or Guarantee.
(4) Against the aborted Visa, Immigration Officials in
The Immigration Examination Place rejects the Stranger
to enter the Territory of Indonesia and provide
records containing the phrase "VISA CANCELLED" on
Visa.
(5) Against foreigners whose Visanya is cancelled
as referred to in paragraph (4) may be given
Visa visits upon arrival or free Visa
visit if including a foreigner of Visa subject
visit upon arrival or free Visa visit.
