SET: THE STATE CODE CHIEF REGULATION ON
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF THE PASSWORD EQUIPMENT AND
PERSANDIAN PRIMARY SUPPORT TOOL.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In the Chief Institutions Ordinance Act referred to:
1. The next Password tool called Palsan is
a set of tools used for activities
information security consists of a password machine and
another media containing the password application program that
directly function and/or affect the process
encryption.

2. The next General Persandian Supporting Tool
called APU Persandian is the supporting equipment
which is used in persandian security activities.
3. Maintenance is the work, work, activities and
actions that are performed with the purpose of keeping
for the existing Palsan and/or APU persandian can
continue to function as it should.
4. An improvement is the work, work, activities and
actions done by replacing and/or
adding the hardware either hardwaremaupunsoftware
by not changing the shape and function to
making Palsan and/or The aPU persandian can
be used back as its function.
5. Calibration is a series of activities performed
to determine the relationship between values of the standard

Section 2
Regulation of the Chief of the Institute intended to be
referrers for Government Instancy in implementing
Palsan Maintenance and Repair and Persandian APU.

BAB II
SCOPE
Pasal3
The scope of Maintenance and Repair arrangements and
The Persandian APU includes:
a. Improvement category;
b. Layout of Maintenance and Repair; and
c. the division of Maintenance and Repair Authority.
BAB III
MAINTENANCE
Section 4
Palsan Maintenance and Persandian APU are executed
aims:
a. ensuring Palsan and APU persandian are ready to use
and function as it should;
b. reducing the risk of the onset of possible damage;
c. monitoring Palsandan APU Persandian function; and
d. detect problems/damage early,
so it does not interfere with the persandian operation in
Government Instancy.
Article 5
(1) Palsan Maintenance is performed at the Government Instancy.
(2) Maintenance of the Persandian APU is performed at the Institution
State Password and/or Government Instancy.
(3) The Government Institates are on Palsan Maintenance and
Persandian APU by applying the principle of kehati-
care and accuracy.
Section 6
(1) Palsan Maintenance and/or Persandian APU
includes:

a. ensuring Palsan and Persandian APU are free of
debut/dirt or other objects that trigger
Palsan and APU Persandian operational disruptions;
b. maintaining the availability and stability of the electrical current
as per the requirements on Palsan and APU
Persandian;
c. keeping and monitoring the availability of the connection
telecommunication channel is Palsan;
d. ensuring Palsan and Persandian APU can
function as it should;
e. maintain the room temperature stability
the Palsan and Persandian APU-release;
f. laying Palsan and Persandian APU on the spot
the safe from possible disaster, theft,
and loss.
g. ensuring the completeness of the device;
h. ensuring the completion of the handover documents
items, the handover of the handover and/or
withdrawal; and
i. The Persandian APU calibration.
(2) Palsan Maintenance and/or Persandian APU
as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a to
the letter h is exercised by the Government Instancy.
(3) Persandian APU Maintenance as referred to

Article 7
(1) Calibration of the Persandian APU as referred to in

BAB IV
IMPROVEMENT
Article 8
Palsan improvements and Persandian APU aim
restore Palsan and APU Persandian functions.
Article 9
KategoriImprovement Palsan includes:
a. General repair;
b. special fixes.
Pasal10
(1) The general fix as referred to in Section 9
letter a, is an unpertinable fix
with the Palsan cryptographic aspect.
(2) Special improvements as In Section 9
letter b, it is an improvement related to
the cryptographic aspect of Palsan.
Pasal11
The Persandian APU fix only includes fixes that
is common.
Section 12
(1) Palsan general improvement and Persandian APU performed
by Instancy Government.
(2) Palsan special repairs are carried out by the Password Institute
The State.
Article 13
(1) The applicant is conducting a consultation with
Directorate Materiil Password State Password
regarding Palsan chronological and conditions and APU
Persandianis broken through media secure communication
provided the State Password Agency.

(2) State Code Password c.q. Materiil Password Directorate
provides assistance to determine the category
Palsan and APU Persandian improvements.
Section 14
(1) In terms of Improvement the general Palsan and the Persandian APU,
The Government Instancy submitted the notice
damages were addressed to the Head of the Password Institute

and statement to be corrected by Instancy

Article 15

to Head of the State Password Institution.
(2) The appropriate letter of the request as intended
in paragraph (1), contains the name
Palsan, serial number, description of damages and pleas
to be corrected by the Password Institute Country.
(3) The State Password Institute provides answers to the letter
A request for improvement submitted by Instancy
Government to the State Password Institute.

Pasal16
(1) During the Palsan and/or APU improvements
Persandian State Password agencies provide
a temporary loan to the applicant's Instancy.
(2) In terms of Palsan damages and/or Persandian APU
does not function that causes irreparable
returns, the State Password Institute can do
replacement against Palsan and/or Persandian APU
such.
(3) Temporary Lending as referred to
paragraph (1) is provided with regard to availability
Palsan and/or the backup APU.
BAB V
REPORTING MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR
Section 17
(1) Palsan and Persandian APU Maintenance and Repair
by the Government Instancy is accompanied by charging
the Palsan and Persandian APU form forms.
(2) The Maintenance history Form and the Palsan fixes and
Persandian APU as referred to in paragraph (1)
routinely filled with at least one time in one
month.
(3) Palsan Maintenance and Repair History Form and
APU Persandian as referred to in paragraph (1),
contains:
a. maintenance and/or repair time, including:
days, dates and years;
b. name Palsan and/or APU Persandian;
c. serial number of equipment, registration number code number
State Property (BMN) and year procurement year;
d. diagnosis of the last condition of the equipment;
e. The handle is done;
f. maintenance and/or repair results; and
g. maintenance executor and/or
repair work.

Palsan improvements and Persandian APU are listed in
Attachment that is an inseparable part of
The Regulation of the Chief of the Institute.
Section 18
(1) Palsan Maintenance and Repair History Form and
APU Persandian as referred to in Section 5,
documented and set forth into the history books
Maintenance and Repair Palsan and APU Persandian.
(2) Palsan and Palsan Repair history books and
The Persandian APU as referred to in paragraph (1)
becomes the preparation of the Maintenance report and
Palsan and APU Persandian improvements.
(3) Palsan and APU Maintenance and Repair Reports
Persandian as referred to the paragraph (2) was drafted
by the Government Instancy and is a part of
the control of the persandian.
Article 19
The Government Instancy reports Maintenance and
PerbaikanPalsan and APU Persandian to Deputy Field
Coaching and Persandian Controlling Passcode
State c.q. Directorate for Persandian Control
periodic, once in a year.

Financing against Maintenance and Palsan fixes
and/or Persandian APU are charged to the Budget

Article 21
(1) In terms of the fulfilment of Palsan and/or APU requirements
Persandian is performed by the Government Instancy itself,
then the Government Instancy is autoneously
perform activities:
a. Calibration of the Persandian APU as intended
in Section 7 of the paragraph (1);
b. The general improvement of Palsan and/or Persandian APU
as referred to in Article 12 of the paragraph (1);
c. Palsanal improvement as intended
in Article 12 of the paragraph (2).
d. Palsan's replacement and Persandian APU
as referred to in Article 16 of the paragraph (2).
(2) In terms of the Government instance conducting
independent of special fixes as referred to
paragraph (1) letter c, Government Instancy makes the letter
notice addressed to the Head of the Institution
Country Password.
(3) The notice letter as referred to in paragraph
(2), contains the description of the name Palsan, the description
the damage, and the remediation results performed by
The Government Instancy.

Article 23
At the time the Chief Institute Regulation is in effect,

The Persandian Technical Unit at the Government Instancy
2. Maintenance Time
The time shows the day, date and year of maintenance execution.
3. Number
The number indicates the amount of Palsan/APU Persandian that is performed maintenance. Starting from number one to the next.
4. The name Palsan and/or APU
Name indicates Palsan and/or APU Persandian identity indicated on the Palsan handover and/or Persandian APU.
5. Serial Number (NS)
A set of alphanumeric unique characters became a BMN marker as an acquisition of assets. NS is shown on Palsan and APU Persandian.
6. NUP BMN Registry Number Code
In which a set of numeric unique characters becomes a BMN marker as an asset acquisition. NUP stamped on Palsan and APU Persandian.
7. Year Procurement Year shows the procurement year of password equipment and/or APU
Persandian is known based on the caption "Lemsaneg BMN 2016" on the stickers pasted in the password and/or APU Persandian equipment and on BAST.
8. Diagnostics of the last condition of equipment
Diagnoses last condition of equipment include:
a. ensuring Palsan and APU Persandian are free of dust/dirt or other objects that trigger Palsan operational disruptions and Persandian APU are done by looking at and physically peeling the utensils and Persandian APU. If the condition is clean and there is no dust/dirt or other objects such as water droplets, magnets, transmitter devices, and so on which trigger operational interference give the sign (√) checklist next to the right of these criteria. If there is dust/dirt or other objects that trigger an operational disturbance provide the cross-right (x) sign on the right of this criteria.
b. maintaining the availability and stability of the electric current according to the requirements on Palsan and Persandian APU is carried out by checking the output of the electrical voltage from an electrical source. Make sure the wires are attached to the corresponding slot. Connect the power cable with an electrical voltage source then press the powerbutton. If Palsan and/or APU Persandian can work give the sign (√) checklist next to the right of this criteria. c. Keeping and monitoring the availability of telecommunication channel connections in Palsan was conducted by assuring the first availability of telecommunication channel mistaking line, internet networks, or radio channels. Make sure the media linkforce with telecommunication channels is well connected (e.g., a mobile phone with a cellular network, fax or phone with a PSTN network, radio with a repeater frequency, etc.). If Palsan manages to connect to the telecommunications channel then give the sign (√) checklist to the right of these criteria. If it is not connected, then give a sign (x) cross to the right of this criterion.
d. ensuring Palsan and Persandian APU can function as it should be done by ensuring all menus and features on Palsan and Persandian APU can function and generate the correct output. If the menu and features of Palsan and Persandian APU can function then give the sign (√) checklist next to the right of these criteria. If not, then give a sign (x) cross to the right of this criterion.
e. Maintain the temperature stability of the room where the Palsan and Persandian APU are performed by ensuring the location of the Palsan and Persandian APU has a good air circulation or ensures that the indoor cooling device is functioning properly. to prevent Palsan and/or APU experiencing overheat. If the room has an air circulation and a functioning room cooling device well then give the sign (√) checklist right next to this criteria. If not, then give a sign (x) cross to the right of this criterion.
f. laying Palsan and APU Persandian on a safe place of possible disaster, theft, and loss If it has kept putting in place a safe place of possible disaster, theft and loss, then give the sign (√) checklist Right next to these criteria.
