PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

requires an effective and efficable coordination between the various

THIRD: For the performance of the implementation of its task Panitia can be in touch
with Government or Private States agencies deemed necessary
and may add The committee members who are deemed necessary
are conducted with the Committee Chairman's Decision.
FOURTH: The division of duty and the working manner among the members in
The Panitia is governed by the Speaker of the Committee.
KELIMA: In carrying out the duties of the Organizing Committee
The ASEAN High Level is responsible to the President of the Republic
Indonesia.
SIXTH: The cost of hosting the Conperence is provided by the Government.
SEVENTH: This decision came into effect on the set date.
