PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that the State Company of Planes I established with Government Regulation No. 14 of 1968 (State Sheet of 1968 Number 23) after going through research and assessment, may meet the provisions to be diverted the form of being a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as described in the Government Regulation of 1969 Number 12;
Remembering: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

The Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad of 1847 Number 23) as has been several times amended and plus, last with Law Number 4 of 1971 on Change and Addition to the provisions of Article 54 of the Code of Law Trade Of Staatsblad In 1847 Number 23 (country Gazette 1971 Number 20, Extra State Sheet Number 2959);

DECIDED:
SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATION ON THE TRANSFER OF THE SHAPE OF THE ESTATE OF A PLANTATION COUNTRY I BECAME A COMPANY OF PERSEROAN (PERSERO).
BAB I
DIVERSION OF FORM AND DISSOLUTION
Section 1
(1) The Plantation State Company I established with Government Regulation No. 14 of 1968 (State Sheet of 1968 Number 23) transferred its form into a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (3) of the Act of Law. 1969 Number 9.
(2) With the passage of the form of the Plantation State Company I became a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in paragraph (1), the State Company of Planters I was declared disbanding at the time of the establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO), with The provisions of all rights and obligations, as well as the wealth of the Planetary State Company that existed at the time of its dissolution, turned to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) in question.
(3) As a likwidatur in the implementation of the dissolution of the Planetary State Company I as referred to in paragraph (2) appointed a team/committee whose membership of its membership consists of representatives of the Department of Agriculture, Department of Finance, Enterprise The State of the Estate I and other Instances deemed necessary.
(4) The execution of the establishment, details of the task, the working period, the financing and the other matters concerned with the execution of the team/committee of the likwitie to the paragraph (3) are further regulated by the Minister of Agriculture.
(5) The concern of the liability of such lividatur in verse (3) is carried out by the Minister of Agriculture based on the results of the examination of the Directorate General of Financial Oversight of the State, the Treasury Department.
BAB II
COMPANY CAPITAL
Section 2
(1) Modal of the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (1) that was placed and deployed at the time of its establishment as an inclusion of the State of Indonesia which originated in the wealth of the State and the wealth of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. (4) The bookkeeping Neraca Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) is set by the Minister of Finance.
BAB III
THE EXECUTION OF THE COMPANY ' S ESTABLISHMENT
Section 3
The establishment of the Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (1) is conducted according to the provisions of the Code of Trade Law (Staatsblad Year 1847 Number 23) as it has been changed several times and plus, Last with Law No. 4 of 1971 (State Gazette of 1971 Number 20, Extra State Gazette number 2959) with regard to provisions in Government Regulation Number 12 Year 1969 (State Sheet of 1969) Number 21, Auxiliary Leaf Country Number 2894) jo Rule of the Year 1972 Number 24 (State Sheet 1972 Number 32, Additional State Sheet Number 2987).
Section 4
(1) The completion of the establishment of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 3 is felt to the Minister of Finance.
(2) The Minister of Finance may submit such power to the paragraph (1), with the accompanying rights of Substitution to the Minister of Agriculture, provided that the Basic Budget Plan of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) must be granted approval first. It was the finance minister.
(3) To the Minister of Agriculture granted the power to appoint someone to participate in the establishment of the Company (PERSERO), in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969.
BAB IV
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 5
As a result of the establishment of the Company (PERSERO) as well as the creation of the State Company I, as referred to in Article 1 of the paragraph (2), Government Regulation No. 14 of 1968 (State Sheet of 1968 Number 23) and all The rules of implementation are declared to be no longer applicable to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO).
