.,, weighed: a. That in order to increase the productivity of dock companies and shipyards so as to have a greater economic scale in running its efforts, it is necessary to unite the power and capabilities of the Perseroan company (PERSERO) The PT. Tanjung Priok Dock and Shipping, Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Pelita Bahari, and the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja;
., b. that to achieve that goal, it is deemed necessary to take the merger of these three Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) with the Government Regulation;
.,, Given: 1. Section 5 of the paragraph (2) of the Basic Law of 1945;

DECIDED:
.,, Setting: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE INCORPORATION OF THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. DOCK AND SHIPPING TANJUNG PRIOK, THE COMPANY OF THE COMPANY (PERSERO) The PT. PELITA BAHARI, AND COMPANY PERSEROAN (PERSERO) The PT. KODJA.
Section 1
From the effective date of this Government Regulation, the Company of Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. The Tanjung Priok Dock and Shipping were established under Government Regulation No. 8 of 1972 and the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Pelita Bahari which was established under Government Regulation No. 3 of 1977 was incorporated into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja which was established under Government Regulation No. 10 of 1972.
Section 2
.,, (1) The implementation of the third merger of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) as referred to in Article 1, carried out by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry.
.,, (2) In the conduct of the merger as referred to in paragraph (1) as well as the change of name of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja became a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Doc and Shipping Kodja Bahari.
Section 3
.,, (1) By the merger of the three Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) as referred to in Section 1, then all wealth, rights and obligations and employees of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Tanjung Priok and Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) The PT. Pelita Bahari is diverted to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja, except where the Bhumyamea Social Foundation as one of the Company Shareholders of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Bahari Bahari willed the other to be a part of the reckoning which was his right.
.,, (2) The value of the Country ' s wealth value as a inclusion in the stock capital of the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja after the merger, as referred to in Article 1, was established by the Minister of Finance based on the joint calculations conducted by the Department of Industry and the Department of Finance.
Section 4
The execution of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 is felt with the right of substitution by the Minister of Finance to the Minister of Industry in accordance with the provisions as referred to in Government Regulation No. 12 of 1969 as amended. changed with Government Regulation No. 24 of 1972.
Section 5
At the time of the merger of the Company (PERSERO) The PT. Tanjung Priok and Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) The PT. Pelita Bahari into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Kodja, then Peraluran Government Number 8 of 1972 and Government Regulation No. 3 of 1977 were declared not valid.
Section 6
The further provisions necessary for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance and the Minister of Industry both jointly and individually in accordance with the fields of their respective duties.
Section 7
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
