ABOUT THE ADDITION OF THE REBO MARKET RAMP AND TOLL TOLL GATE

SIMPANG JOLTING THE SOUTH SENTUL AND THE DESIGNATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TOLL FARE

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, WEIGHED: a. that the construction of the Ramp Expressway Market Rebo and Simpang

Susun Sentul South as part of the Jakarta-Jakarta-Bogor-Bogor-Ciawi freeway are over;

b. that in accordance with the provisions of the Law Number 13 of 1980 on the Road, the designation of the road field as a motorway and the designation of motor vehicle types as well as the magnitude of the toll fare is set with the President's Decision;

c. that in respect of with that, it is seen needing to establish a motor vehicle type and toll fare for the Rebo Market Ramp Toll Gate and the Southern Susun Simpang;

3. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 1978 on the inclusion of the State Capital of Indonesia in the Establishment of the Company (PERSERO) in the Field of Management, Maintenance and Procurement of the Expressway Network, as well as the provisions of its efforts (State Sheet of 1978 Number 4);

6. Presidential Decree No. 54 of 1991 on the addition of the Rebo Market ramp toll gate on the Jagorawi Toll Road and the Designation Of Motor Vehicle Type as well as the Magnitude Tariff rate as amended by the Presidential Decree No. 36 of 1992;

Presidential Decree Number 36 Of 1992about The Establishment Of The Tangerang-Peacock Freeway As A Expressway, The Addition Of The Mabar Toll Gate On The Beopposed Expressway-Medan-Tanjung Morawa And The Designation Of The Type Of Motor Vehicle Type, The Magnitude Of The Toll Fare as well as the subscription toll Tarif on multiple Toll Roads and Toll Bridges;

8. Vehicle Presidential Number 5 of 1993 on Adding Ramp Toll on Simpang Susun Mountain Putri and Establishing Motor Vehicle Type as well as Magnitude Toll Fare;

9. The President's decision 78 in 1993 on the addition of the Sentul Toll Ramp and Penetration Vehicle type and the magnitude of the toll fare;

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE ADDITION OF A RAMP TOLL GATE

PASAR REBO AND SIMPANG EXPRESSWAY TOLL GATES SOUTH OF THE DESIGNATION OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TOLL FARE

FIRST: It adds to the Rebo Market Ramp Toll Market which connects the Rebo Market to Bogor-Ciawi and Simpang Susun Sentul South which connects Sentul South from Jakarta and vice versa as well as Sentul South towards Bogor-Ciawi and vice versa. SECOND: Establits a motor vehicle type and the magnitude of the toll fare as it is referred to in the first dictum, as set forth in this Prerincident Decision attachment. THIRD: The top of the toll subscription for the toll road field is referred to in the first ditum as 90% (ninety-fifths) of the toll fare as referred to in the second ditum.
