DPRD rights

Section 12
To execute the duties and authority as referred to in Article 2 of the DPRD has the right:
a. ask for the accountability of the Governor, the Regent and the Mayor;
b request the captions to the Local Government;
c. conduct an inquiry;
D. hold changes to the Regional Rules Design;
e. submitted an opinion statement;
f. submitted the Regional Rules Design;
G. define the DPRD Shopping Budget as a unit within ABPBD; and

Paragraph 1
The Right To Ask for the Governor ' s accountability,

Section 13
The Governor/Deputy Governor, the Regent/Deputy Regent and the Mayor/Deputy Mayor are executed in accordance with the applicable laws.

Paragraph 2
The Right Of Asking The Local Government

Section 14
., (1) At least 5 (five) members of the Member of Parliament may submit to the DPRD to request a statement to the Local Government on something local government policy is orally or in writing.
., (2) Usul as referred to in paragraph (1), delivered to the Chairman of the DPRD, arranged briefly, clearly, and signed by the claimants as well as given the Pokok Number by the Secretariat of the DPRD.

(2), (2) the statement of opinion as referred to in verse (1), and the explanation is written in writing to the Chairman of the DPRD, with the accompanying list of names and signatures of the partakers and the fractioners.

Paragraph 6
The Right To File The Local Rule Plan

Section 19
.,, (1) At least five members of the DPRD consisting of more than one fraction may submit an initiative of the initiative of the Regional authority.

DPRD Member Rights

(1) Each Member of the DPRD may ask the question to the Regional Chief.

The DPRD has an obligation:
