COUNTERMEASURES MISUSE AND

CIRCULATION OF ILLICIT NARCOTICS, PSYCHOTROPIC,

PRECURSORS, AND OTHER ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: a. that the development and circulation of illicit narcotics, psychotropic, precursors, and other addictive substances already entered a very dangerous phase and constituted a strategic threat to the survival of the nation and country;

b. that countermeasures misuse and circulation of illicit narcotics, psychotropic, precursors, and other addictive substances need to be conducted comprehensive, multi-dimensional, and coordinated by involving the Government and the entire element of the layer. society;

c. that in order to host a clean, healthy, democratic state government is not only the need for a human resource with a high degree of professionalism and integrity in carrying out her duty, but also free of abuse and the dark circulation of narcotics, psychotropic, precursors, and other addictive substances;
