HONORARIUM FOR THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN,
SECRETARY, AND MEMBER
INDONESIAN CHILD PROTECTION COMMISSION
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weighing: that in order to improve the quality, achievement, devotion, and passion of work, is seen needing to provide an honorarium for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission with the Regulation of the President;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Law No. 23 Year 2002 on Child Protection (State Sheet Indonesia 2002 Number 109, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia No. 4235);
3. Presidential Decree No. 77 of 2003 on the Indonesian Child Protection Commission;
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE HONORARIUM FOR THE CHAIRMAN, VICE CHAIRMAN, SECRETARY, AND MEMBER OF THE INDONESIAN CHILD PROTECTION COMMISSION.
Section 1
To the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission are granted an honorarium every month.
Section 2
The magnitude of the honorarium as referred to in Article 1 is as follows:
1. Chairman and Vice Chairman by Rp 14.375,000.00 (fourteen million three hundred seventy five thousand rupiah);
2. Secretary of Rp 13,250,000.00 (thirteen million two hundred fifty thousand rupiah);
3. Members of Rp 12,500.000.00 (twelve million five hundred thousand rupiah).
Section 3
The Honorarium for the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary, and Member of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission as referred to in Article 1 and Article 2, is given since the pertinate is confirmed as a Member of the Indonesian Child Protection Commission.
Section 4
Further provisions are required for the implementation of this Presidential Regulation, governed by the Minister of Finance and/or the Minister of State for the Empowerment of Women, both jointly and individually according to the respective fields of their duties.
Section 5
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
