TERMINATION OF THE GOVERNMENT GUARANTEE OF LIABILITY
THE PAYMENT OF THE PEOPLE ' S CREDITING BANK
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that it has been granted the No. 24 Year Act of 2004 on the Institute of Guaranteed Warranted, and by having restarted the public confidence in the national banking industry, the granting of Government guarantees on payment obligations. The People's Credit Bank as set in Presidential Decree No. 193 of 1998 on Warranty of the Liability of the People's Crediting Bank, is seen as necessary to end;
., b. that in order to streamline the Government's warranty of liability for the payment obligations of the People's Credit Bank, it is deemed necessary to govern the termination of the termination of the warranty.
.,, c. that based on consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the President 's Regulation on Government Warranty Termination of the People' s Crediting Bank Payment Obligations;

DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION ON THE TERMINATION OF GOVERNMENT GUARANTEES ON THE PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS OF THE PEOPLE' S CREDITORS.
Section 1
.,, (1) Government guarantees on the payment obligations of the People 's Credit Bank as set in Presidential Decree No. 193 of 1998 on Warranty of the Liability of the People' s Crediting Bank Payments, end of which is over the The Law No. 24 of 2004 on the Institute of Warranted Guarantees is effective.
.,, (2) In order of termination of the Agreement as referred to in paragraph (1), the Bank of Indonesia delivers a list of the People's Bank of the People's Bank of Representatives program that has frozen its business activities or has been revoked of its business permit, whose payment of bail had not been implemented or was not completed until 21 September 2005 to the Minister of Finance.
.,, (3) For each People ' s Crediting Bank as referred to in paragraph (2), the Bank of Indonesia delivered a list of eligible customers paid in accordance with the applicable provisions, but the payment has not been implemented.
.,, (4) the list of nasabah deposits as referred to in paragraph (3), at least loading:
., a., a. Saved type;
B. The name and address of the nasabah;
C. The savings account number/bilyet; and
D. Deposit balance.
.,, (5) List of People ' s Crediting Banks as referred to in paragraph (2) and the list of nasabah deposits as referred to in paragraph (3), delivered the Bank of Indonesia to the Minister of Finance the slowest date of November 22, 2005.
Section 2
.,, (1) the Finance Minister carries out the payment of the customer ' s savings as referred to in Article 1 of paragraph (3).
.,, (1) To be able to make a savings deposit payment as referred to in paragraph (1), a bill must be submitted to the Minister of Finance most slowly dated February 22, 2006.
.,, (3) Further provisions of the payment of the deposit of the customer as referred to in paragraph (1) and the submission of the bill as referred to in paragraph (2), are governed by the Minister of Finance.
Section 3
In order to streamline the implementation of the customer's deposit payment as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1), the Bank of Indonesia provides assistance and/or an explanation related to the savings of the Minister of Finance.
Section 4
In the event of a bill, the Cloud Service will be subject to the terms of the applicable law. Bank liquidation.
Section 5
Presidential Decree No. 193 of 1998 on Warranty of the Payment Liability of the People's Crediting Bank was declared not valid since September 22, 2005.
Section 6
This President ' s regulation begins to apply at the set date.
