Article I

Some provisions in the Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 5/5/PBI/2003

about the Rupiah Money Market Brokerage Firm and the Foreign Valuta (Sheet

Article 2

(1) The venture activities undertaken by the Company Pialang are

conducting intermediate service activities for its customers ' interests at

the Rupiah currency market area and the foreign exchange.

(1a) Pialang's company may also conduct intermediate services activities

in the transaction of the State Treasury in the inaugural market and in

secondary market, as well as the State Obligation transaction in the secondary market.

(2) In conducting activities efforts are intended to be in the

(3) Corporate services users Pialang in the foreign exchange market are
