(1) Susunan of the SETDA Organization (s) of 3 (three) Assistant and 7 (seven) Bureau;
(2) Assistant as referred to in Section 3, verse (1), is: a. Administrative Assistant;
b. Assistant Director of Aceh, Development and Economics; c. Assistant General Administration.
(3) The Bureau as referred to in Article 3, paragraph (1) is: 1. Tata Governance Bureau;
2. Bureau of Law and Public Relations; 3. Bureau of Development Administration; 4. Economy Bureau;
5. Bureau of the Privileges and Welfare of the People; 6. Organization Bureau; and
7. General Bureau and Protocol.

BAB VIII TATA WORK
Article 19
(1) In carrying out the duties of SEKDA, Assistant, Expert Staff, Secretary of the DPRA, Head of the Bureau, Head of Section and Chief Sub-Section

(2) Any head of the organization units in the SETDA environment and the DPRA Secretariat is obliged to carry out the inherent oversight.
Article 20

with applicable laws;
(2) In case SEKDA is unable to perform its duties due to obstruction,

CHAPTER IX FINANCING
