DECIDED:
Establishing: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATIONS ON APPOINTMENT OF ASSESSMENT AGENCY SUITABILITY IN ORDER FOR APPLICATION AND SUPERVISION OF INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARDS (SNI) IS MANDATORY ZINC SHEET.
Article 1 Appointed: a. Product Certification Institutions as set forth in
room 2 (two) Appendix I of the Regulation of this Minister to perform Certification Product Certification Use of Zinc Sheet Steel in order to suit the SNI Steel Layer Layer of zinc as referred to in Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 07 /M-IND/PER/2/2008.
b. Laboratory Testing as listed in room 2 (two) Appendix II of the Regulation of the Minister to implement mandatory quality of the Zinc Layer of Steel in accordance with the SNI of Steel Sheet of Zinc Sheet as referred to in the Minister's Ordinance The Industry Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2008.
Section 2 (1) Product Certification and Test Laboratory
as referred to in Section 1 must meet the requirements of each as a Product Certification Institution or Test Testing Laboratory that is accredited by the Committee National accreditation (KAN) in the course of time-slow 2 (two) years from the date of the Ordinance of this Minister.
(2) If in time as referred to in paragraph (1) the Product Certification Institute and the Test Testing Laboratory are not yet Accrued, his accusers are declared dead by law.

Article 3 Head of the Industrial Research and Development Board conducted the evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Section 2 of the competency of the Product Certification Institution and the Test Laboratory as referred to Article 1.
Article 4
The Minister ' s Regulation shall come into effect on the set date.
So that everyone knows it, the Regulation of the Minister is promulred by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
