REGULATION OF DEFENSE MINISTER NUMBER 23 IN 2009

ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE SANDIMAN

AND HIS CREDIT FIGURES FOR CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE DEFENSE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in accordance with the development of the organization and the needs of the task and the responsibility of technical qualifications and the professional qualifications of the persandian field in the Department of Defense environment, a guideline is required for its implementation;

DECIDED: Establishing: DEFENSE MINISTER REGULATIONS ON

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE FUNCTIONAL OFFICE OF SANDIMAN AND CREDIT FIGURES FOR CIVIL CIVIL SERVANTS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Defense Minister ' s Regulation is referred to: 1. Sandiman is a civil servant who is given the duty, responsibility,

full authority and rights by authorized officials to perform a persandian activity.

2. Sandiman Skilled is a Sandiman who has technical qualifications or professional support for which the task and function requires mastery of technical knowledge in a persandian field.

3. Sandiman Level Expert is a Sandiman who has a professional qualifications that exercises his duties and functions to require the mastery of science and technology in the field of persandian.

4. A credit number is the unit of value of each item of activity and/or the accumulation of the items of activities that a Sandiman must achieve and use as a condition for appointment and promotion/functional position.

5. The credit rating team is a team of assessors formed and established by the authorized officials and charged with assessing the employment achievement of Sandiman.

6. The dismissal is a stop from Sandiman ' s functional post and not a stop as a Civil Service Officer.

7. Civil servants of the Department of Defense are civil servants who work in the environment of the Department of Defense, the environment of the TNI Mabes and the Force whose destruction is the authority of the Minister of Defense.

CHAPTER V JENJANG OFFICE AND RANK

(2) The Rank Of Skilled-level Sandiman As referred to in verse (1) in accordance with the rank of title consists of: a. The Execuer's password:

1. Level I Young Master, room II/b; 2. Set-up, room II/c; and 3. Level I, room II/d.

b. Sandiman Advanced Execuer: 1. Young Master, Class III/a; and 2. Level I Young, III/b space group.

c. Sandiman Tunlia: 1. Stylists, III/c; and 2. Level I, Class III/d class.

(3) The rank of the Sandiman Sandiman level as referred to in paragraph (1) as the title of office consists of: a. First sandiman:

1. Young Master, Class III/a; and 2. Level I Young, III/b space group.

b. The Young Sandiman: 1. Stylists, III/c; and 2. Level I, Class III/d class.

c. Sandiman Madya: 1. Pembina, room IV/a; 2. Pembina Level I, IV/b; and 3 space group. The Young Master, the IV/c room group.

The Second Part of the Pangkat

Article 12 (1) The rank of rank for each of Sandiman's office as

c. Assistant personnel of the Chief of Staff to Functional Sandiman-level Functional Level and the Expert Level on First and Young levels in the Force Headquarters and its broadcasts;

d. Kapusdatin Dephan for the post of Functional Sandiman Functional Level and the Expert Level on the First and Young levels in Dephan.

(2) In exercising the authority of the officials as referred to in paragraph (1), assisted by the Instancy Assessor Team.

CHAPTER IX TEMPORARY RELEASE, REAPPOINTMENT,

DISMISSAL AND TRANSFER OF THE OFFICE OF THE PART OF THE PLACE

TEMPORARY RELEASE OF ARTICLE 23

b. temporarily dismissed as a civil servant;

c. fully assigned the Functional Sandiman Title;

d. underwent a leave of absence outside the country ' s dependents; or

e. underwent a study assignment of more than 6 (six) months.

Article 24

(1) Sandiman who has finished undergoing temporary release as referred to in Article 25, can be reappointed in the office of Sandiman.

(2) Reteners in Sandiman ' s office as referred to in paragraph (1), may use the last credit figures he has and from the achievement in the field of persandian acquired during not occupying Sandiman's office.

Third Section Stop from office

Article 25 Sandiman is dismissed from his post, if: 1. Within 1 (one) year of the temporary release of

the office as referred to in Article 25 of the paragraph (1), cannot collect the credit numbers determined for a higher rank/rank increase;

2. In the term 1 (one) year since the provisional release of his post as referred to in Article 25 of the paragraph (2) and paragraph (3), unable to collect his specified credit numbers; or

3. It has been sentenced to severe levels of discipline and has had a fixed legal force, except for the disciplinary penalty of the rank.

Article 26 (1) of the Civil Service Officer who is appointed and charged in full in

Functional Office Sandiman Madya, his retirement age limit may be extended to 60 (sixty) years.

(2) The civil servant occupying the Functional Office of the Sandiman in addition to the specified verse (1), the retirement age limit. apply the pension age limit for civil servants in general according to The provisions of the invite-invite rule.

Fourth Section Displacement

Section 27 (1) Of The Appointment Of Civil Servants from other posts to the Office
