FINANCIAL AID TO POLITICAL PARTIES

I. UMUM

., with the promulgations of Law No. 2 of 2008 on the Political Parties on January 4, 2008, Government Regulation No. 29 of 2005 on Financial Aid to the Political Party was not compatible with the development of the state. It needs to be replaced with new government regulations.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
