ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CONFORMITY RATING AGENCY IN

THE APPLICATION OF THE APPLICABILITY AND SUPERVISION OF TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS MANDATORY FOR STOVES

GAS ONE FURNACE FOR MICRO EFFORT

Decide:

Setting: MINISTRY OF THE MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE ASSESSMENT AGENCY IS CONFORMANCE IN ORDER TO THE APPLICABILITY AND SUPERVISION OF THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ONE-FURNACE GAS STOVE FOR MICRO EFFORTS.

Article 1 Appointed: a. Product Certification Agencies as set forth in

Attachment I Rule of the Minister to perform Technical Specification Certification of the One-furnace Gas Stove For Micro-venture.

b. Test Lab as set forth in Appendix II of the Regulation of this Minister to carry out the quality testing of the One-furnace Gas Stove For Micro Efforts in accordance with Appendix I of the Regulation Minister of Industry No. 56/M-MIND/PER/5/2009 The Mandatory Technical Specifications For The One-Furnace Gas Stove For Micro Efforts.

Section 2 of the Appointment Institute of Product Certification and Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 applies to the SNI of the One Furnace Gas Stove For The Microeffort is mandatory.

Article 3 The head of the Industrial Research and Development Agency conducted an evaluation of the competency of the Product Certification Institution and the designated Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1.

Article 4 of the Minister ' s Regulations came into effect on the date is set.
