The decision of the head of Bsn Number 107/KEP/BSN/5/2006 on the determination of 6 (six) Indonesia national standard; Decide: Define: REGULATION Of The MINISTER Of INDUSTRY REGARDING The ENACTMENT Of The INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) DRINKING WATER In CONTAINERS (AMDK) Are Mandatory. Article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Drinking water in containers, which is abbreviated AMDK is raw water has been processed, packaged and safely drink. 2. A certificate of use of the product is the sign of the Indonesia national standard abbreviated SPPT-SNI is a certificate given to a manufacturer capable of producing goods and or services in accordance with the requirements of the STANDARD. 3. Article 2 (1) impose a National standard of Indonesia, SNI 03-3553-2006 AMDK or compulsorily those revisions, which include: a. Mineral water (HS Code Ex 2201.10.00.00); and/or b. Demineral Water (HS Code Ex 2201.90.90.00). (2) Mineral water as referred to in paragraph (1) letter a is drinking water in containers containing certain amounts of minerals without adding minerals.
