Industrial companies that use Kakao powder as are referred to in Article 2, are required to use Kakao powder that meets the provisions as referred to in Article 3.
Section 5
.,, (1) (1) The SPPT-SNI Publishing as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a, executed by LSPro which has been accredited with the appropriate accreditation scope.
.,, (2) If the number of LSPro is accredited by KAN is not yet adequate, then the Minister of Industry can appoint LSPro which has a competency in the product field as referred to in section 2 of the paragraph (1).

.,, 1. for domestic products performing the product quality conformity testing of the SNI or its revisions on each production lot per 3 (three) months; or
2. for Kakao powder of imported origin:

., 1) CoA (Certificate of Analysis) that at least lists the name and address of the company, the name of the tester laboratory, the date of testing, and the test results that have met the SNI parameters by the tester laboratory that has been doing MoU with LSPro in Indonesia; and
2. Sample Action Event
., b. perform sampling and testing in accordance with the SNI parameters by the LSPro-designated tester lab.
.,, (4) Testing as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a number 1 and the letter b number 1 may be subcontracted to:

., a., a. Booster labs in the country that have acquired the accreditation, or the test laboratory appointed by the Minister of Industry; or
., b. Overseas labs who have earned accreditation, or other state Accreditation bodies that have signed Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA), and are verified by LSPro.

Section 8
.,, (1) the coaching and supervision of the implementation of the SNI Kakao powder obligations as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 at the plant are conducted by the Director General Pembina Industry.
.,, (2) In conducting Oversight as referred to in paragraph (1), Director General Pembina Industries assigned the Standard Supervising Officer at the Factory (PPSP).
.,, (3) In carrying out tasks, Standard Supervising Officers in the Factory (PPSP) as referred to in paragraph (2) are coordinating with the Head of the Provincial Service and or the Head of the District/City Service.
Section 9
The head of the BPPI carries out coaching on the Institution of Conformity Assessment in order of the mandatory SNI Kakao powder as contemplated in Article 2.
Section 10
The Director General of Industry Pembina sets out the Technical Guidance of the implementation of this Minister Regulation.
Section 11
The perpetrators of the effort that committed the breach to the provisions in the Ministerial Regulation are subject to sanction in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
Section 12
The Minister ' s rules are starting to apply 6 (six) months since the date is set.
