DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF THE HEAD OF STATE POLICE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE CONDUCT OF THE CONDUCT OF THE SERVICE EXAM PROMOTION OF THE SECOND LEVEL OF CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S STATE POLICE ENVIRONMENT.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

12. The current Central Committee is abbreviated to Panpus is the UDKP Tk Panitia. II for PNS Polri at the Central Level.

13. The next committee is the Panitia UDKP Tk. II for PNS Polri on Regional Level/Regional Police.

14. The Health Testing Team is a team set by the Chief of the State Police of Indonesia to test the health of a person PNS Polri.

Article 2 Of The Purpose This rule is a guideline for the implementation of the UDKP Tk. II, so that it can go orderly and smoothly as the procedure.

CHAPTER II REQUIREMENTS

Article 4 of the PNS Polri will follow the UDKP Tk. II must meet the requirements: a. public; and b. special.

Section 5 of the general requirements as referred to in Article 4 of the letter a consists of: a. The DP-3 (DP-3) is valued at least

b. the physical and spiritual healer letter of the doctor; and c. is not under state:

(1) Special Requirements as referred to in Section 4 of the letter b consists of:

a. has the rank of Penata Tk. I am a III/d space group and have a minimum of 2 (two) years of registration at the time of enlisting; and

b. have a minimum D-IV; (2) PNS degree that I have a structural or functional position whose rank

is still under the lowest rank specified for a post, may attend the UDKP Tk. II, if at least one (one) year 6 (six) months in the rank of the III/d class I level.

Article 7 of the PNS Polri which is excluded from the UDKP Tk. II, as follows: a. Indicates an excellent job achievement; b. find a new and beneficial discovery for the country; c. is given a rise in the rank of devotion because:

1. Died; 2. reaching the retirement age limit; and 3. by the health examiner ' s team is declared disabled because of service and cannot

work again in all public offices; d. has followed and passed Tk ' s leadership education and training. III

(Diklat Pim Tk III); and e. have obtained a doctor ' s diploma, pharmacist, master (S2) and Doctoral (S3)

of an accredited faculty.

CHAPTER III OF HEAT, EXAMINATION AND TESTING AS WELL AS ASSESSMENT

Section OF HEATING

SECTION 8 OF THE HEAT OF THE PRAM UDKP Tk. II consists of: a. Panpus, which is chaired by Deputy Kapolri Field of Human Resources

(De SDM Kapolri); b. The panda, chaired by the Regional Police Chief (Kapolda); and c. sub Panpus, chaired by the Head of the Career Development Bureau (Karo

Binkar) Polri. Section 9

(1) Panpus as referred to in Article 8 of the letter a is specified with the Decree of Kapolri.

(2) The Panda as referred to in Article 8 of the letter b is specified by the Decree of Kapolda.

(3) Sub Panpus as it is referred to in Article 8 of the letter c set with the Decision of De SDM Kapolri.

The Second Section of Examination and Testing

Article 10 (1) For the determination of graduation of UDKP Tk. II carried out checks and

testing with stages as follows: a. Initial administration check; b. written exam; c. test skills operationing at minimum three programs

namely Microsoft Word, Exel and Power Point; d. "80% academic written exam, 20% competence; e." Final administration check; and f. graduation determination.

(2) The written service exam as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b includes: a. Pancasila; b. Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia Tahun1945; c. Government policy; d. The laws in the field of employment; e. Indonesia's Republic of the Republic of Indonesia (Korpri); f. the theory of leadership; g. management function; h. Polri organization; i. General administration of Polri; j. Indonesian: k. History of Indonesia; l. the development of domestic politics, economics and development; m. Foreign political developments are mainly association of

South East Asia Nation (ASEAN); n. written work in the field of each participant's duties at minimum

as much as 8 (eight)-10 (ten) front page sheets of folio striped paper; and

o. Written exposure. Section 11

(1) The order of the examination and testing as referred to in Section 10, is held with the applicable provisions in the Polri environment.

(2) The Graduation of the examination and testing as referred to in paragraph (1), set with the Decision of Panda Chairman and the Chair of Sub Panpus.

(3) The service exam materials may change, when there are new provisions as per the policy of the associated function.

The Third Part of the UDKP Tk Assessment. II

Article 12 of the Tk UDKP assessment system. II as follows: a. Tk's UDKP matter element. II specified NP and deadline working on

Article 13 The value of the pass limit for the exam participants is 70 (seventy) for the number of NT of all exam eyes with the provision that: a. NPR of Pancasila subjects, the least 1945 Basic Invite

CHAPTER IV WARRANT PASS

Article 14 (1) PNS Polri which passed UDKP Tk .II was given a letter of pass pass UDKP Tk. II

(STL UDKP TK. II). (2) STL UDKP Tk. II as referred to in paragraph (1), signed

by the Chairman and Secretary of Panpus. (3) STL UDKP Tk. II was given to the PNS Polri who graduated UDKP Tk. II

most slowly 1 (one) months after being declared a pass. (4) PNS Polri who did not pass in the UDKP Tk. II, given the opportunity

to take part in the UDKP Tk. II at the next chance. BAB V

PANPUS, PANDA AND SUB PANPUS Part Kesatu

Panpus Article 15

(1) Panpus in the host of UDKP Tk. II served as follows: a. coordinate and direct the staging of activities

Second Section of the Panda and Sub Panpus

Article 16 (1) Panda and Sub Panpus in the hosting of the UDKP Tk. II served

SUPERVISION of Article 17

(1) The supervision of the UDKP Tk. II for PNS Polri is carried out internally against the entire series of exam activities.

(2) Internal supervision as referred to by paragraph (1) is exercised by: a. Itwasum/Itwasda and Propam Polri; b. Panpus against Panda in the form of supervision; and c. Panpus in the form of analysis, evaluation, and retry.

Article 18 In the event of an aberration in the process of staging or assignment of the test results, follow up on the applicable provisions.

BAB VII FINANCING

Article 19 of the conduct of the conduct THE UDKP Tk. II is charged on the Polri budget.

BAB VIII provisions CLOSURE

Article 20 of the Capolri Regulation is in effect since the date is set. In order for everyone to know, the Capolri Regulation is promulred by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
