Section 3 of the Company producing the Glass Sheet as referred to in Article 2 is required to apply SNI with: a. have the SPPT-SNI Glass Sheet in accordance with the applicable provisions;
and b. provide the SNI mark on each of the sheet Glass packaging in accordance
with the applicable provisions.
Section 4 (1) The Issuer SPPT-SNI Issuer as referred to in Article
3 letters a was executed by LSPro designated by the The Minister with the appropriate scope, through: a. the testing of product quality fitness for Glass Sheets is appropriate
with provisions in SNI 15 -0047-2005 or revision; and b. audit the application of the SNI ISO 9001-2008 application of Management System ISO 9001-2008 or
the revision, or other recognized quality management systems. (2) Testing as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a may
be subcontracted at: a. the tester laboratory designated by the Minister with the appropriate scope
; or b. Overseas tester labs may be appointed by the Minister
