VISIT UPON ARRIVAL

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that the immigration policy of the Government of Indonesia imposes the obligation to have a visa for Turkish citizens who will enter the territory of Indonesia;

b. that in an effort to increase the growth of the national economy through the trade sector and the severity needs to provide the ease of visas to Turkish citizens who will travel to the region of Indonesia, which is from the policy aspect of immigration may be provided with the ease of granting of a Visiting Visa On Arrival;

c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Changes to the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 about a Visiting Visa On Arrival;

Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Clearance (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1994 Number 55, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3563) as has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 38 of 2005 on the Second Amendment of Government Number 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Permit (State Sheet) 2005 Number 95, Additional Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5008); Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2003 as it has been several times Last modified with the Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2008 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Decree No. 18 of 2003 on the Free Visa Free Visit;

DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF MINISTER OF LAW AND RIGHTS

HUMANS ABOUT THE CHANGE OVER MINISTERIAL REGULATION LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS NUMBER M. HH-01.GR.01.06 IN 2010 ABOUT A VISIT VISA UPON ARRIVAL.

M. HH-01.GR.01.06 Year 2010 on Visiting Visa When the Arrival is amended by inserting "Turkish State" at number 64 in the Citizen List of Certain Countries Subject Visa Subjects Upon Arrival as set forth in the Attachment and is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
