CHAPTER III OF THE PRACTICE

Article 9 Bidan is in the process of running the practice, authorized to provide services that include: a. Mother's health care; b. child health services; and c. Women's reproductive health care and family planning.

Article 10 (1) maternal health care as referred to in Article 9 of the letter a

given in pre-pregnant, pregnancy, childbirth, nifas, breastfeeding period and the period between two pregnancies.

(2) The maternal health care as referred to in verse (1) includes: a. Counseling services in pre-pregnancy; b. antenatal services in normal pregnancy; c. normal labor service; d. (3) Bidan in delivering the service as referred to in paragraph (2) authorities for: a. episiotomy; b. Article 12 Bidan in giving the reproductive health care of women and family planning as referred to in Article 9 of the letter c, authorized to: a. provide female reproductive health counseling and counseling and

family planning; and b. provide oral contraceptive tools and condoms.

Article 13 (1) In addition to the authority as referred to in Article 10, Section 11, and

Article 12, Bidan that runs the program of the Government of the authorities performing health care includes: a. giving contraceptive tools, contraceptive devices in the womb, and

against Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) including giving condoms, and other diseases;

h. Prevention of Narcotics, Psychotropic and Other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) through information and education; and

i. another health service that is a Government program. (2) Lower-skin contraceptive device services, integrated antenatal care,

baby and child care handling, and implementation of early detection, referencing, and providing counseling to Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and other diseases, as well as Narcotropic prevention, psychotropic and other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) can only be done by midwife trained for it.

Article 14 (1) For midwife running practices in areas that do not have a doctor,

can Conduct a health service outside of the authority as referred to in Article 9.

(2) The area that does not have a doctor as it is referred to in verse (1) is the subdistrict or village set by the head of the county/city health service.

(3) In terms of the area as referred to in paragraph (2) there has been a physician, the authority of the midwife as referred to in paragraph (1) does not apply.

Article 15 (1) The provincial regional government/kabupaten/city assigned the bidan practice

Article 16 (1) In areas that have no doctors, Government and government

Article 17 (1) Bidan in running an independent practice must meet the requirements

include: a. have a practice place, practice room and equipment for action

obstetrics, as well as equipment to support infant health services, child children and preschool that meet the environmental requirements of healthy;

b. provide a maximum of 2 (two) beds for childbirth; and c. have the means, equipment and medications in accordance with the terms

apply. (2) The terms of the requirements where the practice and equipment are referred to

in paragraph (1) are listed in this Regulation Attachment. Article 18

(1) In carrying out the practical/work, bidan is obliged to: a. respect the rights of the patient; b. provide information on patient and service health issues

that is needed; c. referencing a casecal government/city/city/municipal health service to the applicant in a time of at least 1 (one) months from the date of the request received.

Article 6 of the Bidan may only run the practice and/or work most at 1 (one) workspace and 1 (one) practice place.

Section 7 (1) SIKB/SIPB applies As long as the STR is still in effect and can be updated

Article 19 In carrying out the practical/work, midwife has the right: a. obtaining legal protection in performing work/work

along according to standard; b. obtaining complete and correct information from patients and/or

his family; c. carry out tasks in accordance with authority and standards; and d. receive the rewards of professional services.

CHAPTER IV OF NOTE AND REPORTING

Article 20 (1) In doing its duty bidan is mandatory for logging and

reporting in accordance with the services provided. (2) Reporting as referred to in paragraph (1) is addressed to the Puskesmas

region of the practice. (3) Excluded from the provisions as referred to in paragraph (2) for

COACHING AND SUPERVISION Section 21

(1) Minister, Provincial Regional Government, District Local Government/City conducting coaching and supervision by including the Indonesian Energy Assembly, the Healthcare Assembly Provinces, profession organizations and associations of educational institutions are concerned.

(2) The coaching and supervision as referred to in paragraph (1) is directed to improve the quality of the service, the safety of the patient and protect the community against any possibility that may pose a danger to health.

(3) The Head of the County/City Health Service must carry out the coaching and supervision of the practice of the practice of midwife.

(4) In the execution of the task as referred to by paragraph (1), the Head of the District Health Service/City must create a power mapping of self-practice and midwife in the village as well as establish The nearest medical doctor for the execution of a supervision of the midwife in the region.

Article 23 (1) In order for the implementation of the supervision as referred to in

Article 24 (1) The county/city county government may provide sanctions

recommendations of revocation of the license/STR letter to the head of the provincial health service/Indonesian Health Assembly (MTKI) against Bidan that performs the practice without having SIPB or work without the SIKB as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2).

CHAPTER VI TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 25 (1) Bidan that has had SIPB under the Ministerial Decree

Health Number 900 /Menkes/SK/VII/2002 on the Registration and Practice of Bidan and the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number HK.02.02/Menkes/149/I/2010 on Permission and Practice of the Bidan Practice is stated to have had SIPB based on this Regulation up to the expiration date.

(2) The Bidan as referred to in paragraph (1) must renew SIPB If the Bidan's License is expired, the terms are expired, according to the Rules.

Article 26 If the Indonesian National Health Assembly (MTKI) and the Provincial Health Council (Mcrime) have not yet been formed and/or have not been able to perform its duties then the registration of the midwife is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Minister's Decision. Article 27 Bidan that has executed work at the health care facility before it is set this Regulation must have the SIKB based on this Regulation the most At least 1 (one) year since the Regulation is set.

Article 28 The educated midwife under Diploma III (D III) of the bidness that runs independent practice must conform to the provisions of this Regulation no later than 5 (five) years since the Ordinance is set.

BAB VII PROVISIONS HOOD

Article 29 At the time this Regulation comes into force: a. Health Minister ' s Decision Number 900 /Menkes/SK/VII/2002 about

Registration and Bidan Practice along with regard to licensing and practice of midwife; and

revoked and declared to be not applicable. Section 30
