CHAPTER III OF THE PRACTICE

Article 9 Bidan is in the process of running the practice, authorized to provide services that include: a. Mother's health care; b. child health services; and c. Women's reproductive health care and family planning.

Article 10 (1) maternal health care as referred to in Article 9 of the letter a

given in pre-pregnant, pregnancy, childbirth, nifas, breastfeeding period and the period between two pregnancies.

baby and child care handling, and implementation of early detection, referencing, and providing counseling to Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) and other diseases, as well as Narcotropic prevention, psychotropic and other Addictive Substances (NAPZA) can only be done by midwife trained for it.

Article 14 (1) For midwife running practices in areas that do not have a doctor,

Article 15 (1) The provincial regional government/kabupaten/city assigned the bidan practice

Article 16 (1) In areas that have no doctors, Government and government

Article 17 (1) Bidan in running an independent practice must meet the requirements

b. provide a maximum of 2 (two) beds for childbirth; and c. have the means, equipment and medications in accordance with the terms

(1) In carrying out the practical/work, bidan is obliged to: a. respect the rights of the patient; b. provide information on patient and service health issues

Article 19 In carrying out the practical/work, midwife has the right: a. obtaining legal protection in performing work/work

CHAPTER IV OF NOTE AND REPORTING

(3) The Head of the County/City Health Service must carry out the coaching and supervision of the practice of the practice of midwife.

Article 24 (1) The county/city county government may provide sanctions

recommendations of revocation of the license/STR letter to the head of the provincial health service/Indonesian Health Assembly (MTKI) against Bidan that performs the practice without having SIPB or work without the SIKB as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2).

CHAPTER VI TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 25 (1) Bidan that has had SIPB under the Ministerial Decree

Health Number 900 /Menkes/SK/VII/2002 on the Registration and Practice of Bidan and the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number HK.02.02/Menkes/149/I/2010 on Permission and Practice of the Bidan Practice is stated to have had SIPB based on this Regulation up to the expiration date.

Article 26 If the Indonesian National Health Assembly (MTKI) and the Provincial Health Council (Mcrime) have not yet been formed and/or have not been able to perform its duties then the registration of the midwife is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Minister's Decision. BAB VII PROVISIONS HOOD

revoked and declared to be not applicable. Section 30

A. PRACTICE PLACE

1. A place for a separate self-serving practice from the family room

consists of: a. Wait room b. Check room c. Percopy Room. Outpatient e. WC/bathroom f. Prevention and Infection Room (PPI)

2. Bidan boards that self-practice and have SIPB are required to install
