Set: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON DISASTER COUNTERMEASURES

BAB I

provisions Of UMUM

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. The area is the city of Tasikmalaya.

Article 9

Article 23

Article 24

Article 44

BAB X

HELP MANAGEMENT

Part One Funding Source

Article 57

The disaster relief implementation fund is sourced from: a. APBN; b. APBD; c. public; and d. other legitimate and non-binding sources.

Article 58

(1) The Local Government encourages community participation in the provision of aid sourced from the public, in a way: a. facilitate a community that will provide

a disaster relief relief fund; b. facilitate a community that will perform

disaster relief funding collection; and c. raise public awareness for

participate in the provision of assistance.

BAB XII

CRIMINAL provisions

Section 63
