d in:

(5) The evidence as set forth in paragraph (4) applies to the purchase of the machine and/or equipment at least dated:

a. 1 September 2011 for IKM Textile and Textile Products (TPT) and IKM Skin and Skin Products (KPK) and are already in the waiting list (waiting list); and

b. 1 January 2012 to IKM as referred to in Article 3. Section 7

a. banking credits (cash loan and non cash);

b. engine supplier credit;

c. Cash purchase; and/or

Section 8 (1) The General Director General of the Budget User shall make

liability for the execution of Machine Restructuring Program and/or IKM Equipment in the form of a financial report.

(2) Layout of the reporting as referred to in paragraph (1) refers to the Regulation of Finance Minister Number 59 /PMK.06/ 2005 about the Central Government Financial Accounting and Reporting System.

(3) The Director General is required to report the use of the budget, Goals and objectives of the Program are subject to the following: Minister of Industry every 6 (six) months.

(4) The IKM Company that has obtained the leniation of financing as referred to in Section 5, is required to deliver reports of progress of machine utilization and/or equipment every 6 (six) months once to the Director General.

(5) The order of reporting as referred to in paragraph (3) and paragraph (4) is set in the General Director's Ordinance.

Article 9 (1) For the optimization and precise objective of the Engine Restructuring Program

and/or IKM Appliances as set out in this Minister ' s Regulation, formed Team Engineering and Technical Team members in the Ministry of Industry environment, Provincial Services, County/City Services, which organizes government affairs in industrial fields, related associations, practitioners and other technical agencies.

industrial equipment at the Ministry of Industry in the next year.

Section 11 (1) Further provisions of the purchase of purchase financing

Section 4 (1) of the IK Company and IM Company with IMK industry activities

as referred to in Section 3 which conducts engine restructuring and/or equipment, expansion or new investment is given a leniation of financing in Machine purchase and/or IKM equipment.

(2) Restructuring as referred to in paragraph (1) is the replacement and/or adding of a more efficient and productive machine and/or production equipment to produce a quality and quality product.

(3) Leniation The financing, as intended on a paragraph (1), is only provided for the company that is: a. using machines and/or equipment with more technology

advanced and new conditions (not secondhand); and b. a machine type related to the production process and the supporting equipment.

Section 6 (1) The purchase price of the purchase of the machine and/or equipment as

referred to in Section 5 is given to IK and IM which complies with the provisions of Article 4, by means of replacement (reimburse).

(2) The discount is as referred to in paragraph (1) as large as: a. 35% (thirty-five percent) of the engine purchase value and/or

equipment for IK; and b. 25% (twenty-five percent) of the engine purchase value and/or
