Section 3
Recognition of the Confessions as referred to in Article 2 of the Certificate is submitted by:
a.   Product Certificate holder for the product certificate recognition request; and
B.   Owner of the test results report for the Test Results for Recognition of the Test Results.

Section 4
(1) The recognition request as referred to in Section 3 is mandatory with the following documents:
a.   The status and scope of the LPK issuer of certificates registered in ASEAN countries;
B.   A copy of the Test Results Report and or a Copy of the Product Certificate;
C.   Copy of the Brand Certificate and or the Mark of the Brand Registry of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights; and
D.   Copy of the Factory Audit Report.
(2) A copy of the Test Results Report, Product Certificate and Factory Audit Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is made in Indonesian and English.

Section 5
In the course of the recognition of the Test Results Report or Product Certificate as referred to in Section 4, LSPro and or the designated Test Laboratory within the country are authorized to perform a technical review of:
a.   Test Results Report (LHU);
B.   Factory Audit Reports; and
C.   Their certificate/brand registration letter from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights.

Section 6
Recognition of the Product Certificate and Test Results Report as referred to in Section 2 is poured in the form of the SNI Mark Use Product Certificate (SPPT SNI).

Section 7
(1) The term of the SPPT SNI as referred to in Article 6 in accordance with the Approval Harmonization Agreement of the Government of Electricity and ASEAN Electricity Equipment (AHEEERR) is valid for a maximum of 3 (three) years since it is published.
(2) During the time of SPPT SNI as referred to in paragraph (1) apply, LSPro in ASEAN countries that publishes the Product Certificate or Test Results Report which has been authorized by the LSPro in an accredited country and appointed by the Minister Industry and/or registered in ASEAN countries, must ensure that the Certificate is intended to be continuously valid.
(3) The continuous continuity of the Certificate of the Certificate as referred to in paragraph (2) is conducted through a technical review of the survey report performed every 6 (six) months.

Section 8
System Outline Recognition of the Certificate of Assessment of the Assessment Board in ASEAN countries as referred to in this Minister's Regulation Attachment.

Section 9
The Minister ' s rules apply since the date of the invitation.

DECIDED:

Establish: INDUSTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE WAY OF RECOGNITION OF THE CERTIFICATES OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS FROM THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ASEAN COUNTRIES.

Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Electric Equipment Products and Electronics are the products of electrical and electronic equipment produced in ASEAN member countries.
2. ASEAN Concurrent Assessment Institute (LPK) is an institution that performs activities and has the expertise to perform all the conformance assessment processes for the products of electrical equipment and the electronics that are the Product Concurrent Institution or ASEAN-listed Test laboratory (Listed CABs) according to the implementation of the Agreement on the ASEAN Harmonize Electrical and Electronic Equipment (EEE) Regulatory Regime (AHEEERR) which has been established by the Joint Sectoral Commitee (JSCEEE).
3. Product Certification Institute, which is further abbreviated to LSPro is an agency that performs the SNI Use Product Certification activities for electrical and electronic equipment products.
4. The Laboratory of Testing is a laboratory conducting testing activities on the example of goods over electrical equipment products and electronics according to the SNI specification/test method or the international standard agreed upon by ASEAN.
5. Product certificate is a document issued by the registered Product Certification Institute in ASEAN countries which ensures that a product of electrical equipment and or electronics meets the standard requirements.
6. The SNI Sign Use Product certificate (SPPT SNI) is a certificate published by LSPro and given to a manufacturer capable of generating electrical and electronic equipment products according to SNI requirements.
7. Test Results Report is a report of test results over the products of electrical equipment and electronics issued by the registered Test Laboratory in ASEAN countries.
8. Certification is a certificate publishing process by the Product Certification Institute.

Section 2
(1) The certificate of electric and electronic equipment products published by the LSPro and the registered Test Laboratory in ASEAN is required to be recognized by the LSPro in a country accredited and appointed by the Minister of Industry and/or registered in ASEAN countries.
(2) The recognition as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed against the certificate that meets the provisions as follows:
a.   Test Results Report (LHU) published by the Laboratory of Concerned Testing shows the fulfillment of SNI requirements or equivalent International Standards to the SNI requirements as well as provisions in particular; and
B.   The Product certif
