In 2011 ABOUT the OFFICE and CLASSROOM PERFORMANCE BENEFITS AS WELL AS the OFFICE of the CLERK in the ENVIRONMENT of the MINISTRY OF LAW and HUMAN RIGHTS by the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY the MINISTER of LAW and HUMAN RIGHTS Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: that in order to implement the provisions of article 8 of the regulation President Number 40 in 2011 about Allowances for employees in the performance of the Environment Ministry of Justice and human rights, the need to set a regulation of the Minister of law and human rights of the Office and Classroom Performance Benefits as well as the Office of the clerk in the environment The Ministry of law and human rights;

CHAPTER I GENERAL PROVISIONS article 1 In this ministerial regulation is: 1. Employees in the environment of the Ministry of law and human rights hereinafter referred to as Employees are civil servants and other Employees on the basis of a decision of the competent authority in an Office or assigned and worked full-time at the unit of environmental organizations in the Ministry of Justice and human rights.
2. the term of Office of classification is Class based on the nature, type, and the burden of pekerjaaan as well as the magnitude of performance benefits.
3. The performance Benefits are benefits provided to Employees to improve the welfare of its implementation in accordance with the regulations of the President Number 40 in 2011 about Allowances for employees in the performance of the Environment Ministry of Justice and human rights.
4. Structural Position is a position that shows the tasks, responsibilities, authority, and rights of a civil servant in order to lead a unit of the organization.
5. The Office of the Public is a Functional position that shows the tasks, responsibilities, authority, and rights of a civil servant in the organization unit in the implementation of the task based on the skills and/or specific skills and are independent, the adoption in the Office and promoted not required with a credit number.
6. Specific Functional Position is a position that shows the tasks, responsibilities, authority, and rights of a civil servant in the organization unit in the implementation of the task based on the skills and/or specific skills and are independent, the adoption in the Office and promoted with a number of credit required.
7. Structural Officials is a civil servant who was appointed, sworn, and have been carrying out duties in and of the structural environment in the Office of the Ministry of Justice and human rights in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
8. Certain Functional Officials are employees in the environment of the Ministry of Justice and human rights that have been lifted and set in a particular Functional Position and are not exempt either temporary or fixed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation.
9. The competent authority is acting based on the provisions of the regulations authorized to lift, move, and/or lay off employees in the environment of the Ministry of Justice and human rights.
10. the Regional Office of the Ministry of law and human rights hereinafter called the regional office is the vertical institutions Ministry of Justice and human rights, based in the province and is under as well as accountable to the Minister of law and human rights.
11. The technical Implementing hereinafter in brief UPT is the unit carry out the most basic tasks of the Ministry of law and human rights in their field in their respective territories.
12. Echelon is a structural position levels.
CHAPTER II the POST OFFICE and article 2 (1) an employee is obligated to carry out tasks in accordance with the Office.

Article 4 (1) decisions of the Office and Classroom assignment Term Employees in the Office of General Functional as stipulated in article 3 paragraph (2) for employees in the work unit echelons I signed by officials of the structural Echelon I.
(2) the authority to sign the decision referred to in subsection (1) may be delegated to the Secretary of the unit echelons I Bureau Chief or staffing for the Secretariat of the environment in General.
(3) Cf. the decision of the Office of assignment and class Office Clerk in the Office of the environmental unit common Functional Echelon I authenticated by the head of the civil service or the Chief Environmental officer for the mutation in the Secretariat-General.
Article 5 (1) decisions of the Office and Classroom assignment Term Employees in the Office of General Functional as stipulated in article 3 paragraph (2) for employees in the regional environment and UPT signed by the head of the regional office.

(2) the authority to sign the decision referred to in subsection (1) may be delegated to the head of the Division of administration.
(3) Cf. the decision of the Office of assignment and class Office Clerk in the Office of the regional environment in General, functional or UPT authenticated by the head of the General section.
Article 6 (1) every Employee in the Office of the task instead of a functional Public should be established by a decision of the Office of assignment and class Office Clerk in the Office of General Functional.
(2) in the event that control of the tasks referred to in paragraph (1) do antarunit Echelon I, the competent authority establishes Office of assignment decisions and class Position is official Echelon I in a new working environment.
(3) in the event that control of the tasks referred to in subsection (1) is performed between the regional or interregional UPT, the competent authority establishes Office of assignment decisions and is the head of the Regional Office of the Class on a new work unit.
CHAPTER III ALLOWANCES PERFORMANCE article 7 Employees other than eligible to receive earnings in accordance with the laws and regulations are also given Performance Allowance each month.

Article 8 (1) Performance Allowance referred to in article 7 is given to Employees based on their Class Position.
(2) Performance Allowance referred to in subsection (1) are listed in annex I, annex II and annex III to this regulation of the Minister.  Article 9 the performance Benefits as mentioned in article 8 provided as of January 2011.

 Article 10 the provisions regarding the technical implementation of granting allowances environmental performance at the Ministry of Justice and human rights is governed by regulation of the Minister.

Article 11 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
