ABOUT
THE FIFTH CHANGE TO THE DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE NUMBER M. 02-IZ.01.10 YEARS 1995 ABOUT
STOPPING VISA, VISAGE VISA, LIMITED RESIDENCE VISA, ENTRY PERMIT, AND IMMIGRATION CLEARANCE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER FOR LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a. that in order to provide ease and improve service for Indonesian citizens who go outside and enter the territory of Indonesia through the Immigration Examination system that uses a technology-based border area surveillance system information and communications in the Immigration Management Information System, need to make simplification of an immigration check procedure at the Immigration Examination;
B. that provisions regarding procedures to the outside and enter Indonesian territory as governed in the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number M. 02-IZ.01.10 Year 1995 on Visa Layover, Visa Visit, Visa Limited, Admission Permit, and the Immigration License are already not compatible with the development of community needs so that it needs to be changed
c. that under consideration as intended in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights on the Fifth Amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number M. 02-IZ.01.10 Year 1995 on Visa Stay, Visit Visa, Fixed Fixed Visa, Admission, And Immigration Clearance;

Remembering: 1. Law Number 6 of the Year 2011 on Immigration (Sheet State Republic Indonesia Year 2011 Number 52, Additional Sheet Country Republic Indonesia Number 5216);
2. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
3. Government Regulation No. 32 of 1994 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Permit (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 1994 No. 55, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia No. 3563) as has been several times amended last with Government Regulation No. 38 of 2005 on the Second Amendment to Government Regulation 1994 Number 32 on Visa, Admission And Immigration Clearance (State Sheet) 2005 Number 95, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Indonesia No. 4541);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as amended in the last few times with the Presidential Regulation No. 77 of 2011 on the Second Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 47 Year 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
5. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as amended by Presidential Regulation No. 67 of 2010 on Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and the Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State;
6. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-05.OT.01.01 of 2010 on the Organization and Work of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia (News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 676);

DECIDED:

Establish: LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS MINISTER REGULATION ON THE FIFTH CHANGE IN THE DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE NUMBER M. 02-IZ.01.10 IN 1995 ON A VISITING VISA, A VISITING VISA, A LIMITED RESIDENCE VISA, AN ENTRY PERMIT AND AN IMMIGRATION PERMIT.

Section 1
Some provisions in the Decree of the Minister of Justice Number M. 02-IZ.01.10 Year 1995 on Visa Layover, Visa Visiting, Visa Limited, Residence Permit, and Immigration Clearance which have been several times amended by:
a. Decision of the Minister of Justice No. M. 01-IZ.01.10 Year 2003;
B. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M-01.IZ.01.10 Year 2007;
C. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH.01.GR.01.06 Year 2008;
D. Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number M. HH-08.GR.01.06 Year 2009;
changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 28 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 28
(1) Any Stranger who enters the territory of Indonesia is mandatory:
a. have a valid travel document and still applies;
B. have Visa still in effect, except for foreigners who are exempt from the obligation to have Visa in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws; and
c. fill the E/D card, except for the electronic card holder.
(2) Each Indonesian citizen who enters into Indonesian territory is mandatory:
a. have a valid travel document and is still valid; and
B. fill the E/D sheet, except for those who enter the region of Indonesia through the Immigration Checkpoint using the Border Area Surveillance Management System.
(3) For the airlift crew listed in the crew list, the obligation fills the E/D card and the E/D sheet, replaced by filling a specially defined sheet.
2. The provisions of Article 32 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 32
(1) Any Foreign Person who is out of the Indonesian territory is mandatory:
a. have valid travel documents and still apply;
B. have an applicable residence permit;
c. have proof of the return of the Remaining Permit for the Licensee to leave the territory of Indonesia not returned; and
D. Charge a E/D.
(2) Any Indonesian nationals who are out of the Indonesian territory are mandatory:
a. have a valid travel document and is still valid; and
B. fill the E/D sheet, except for those out of Indonesia through the Immigration Checkpoint using the Border Area Surveillance Management System.
(3) For the airlift crew listed in the crew list, the obligation fills the E/D card and the E/D sheet, replaced by filling a specially defined sheet.

Section II
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
