lass="s12"> The 12.Panitia Election Supervising/Kota, subsequently called Panwaslu Regency/City, is a committee formed by the Bawaslu Province which is in charge of supervising the elections in the district/city.
13.Panitia Election Supervising District, henceforth Panwaslu District, is a committee formed by Panwaslu Regency/City that is tasked with overseeing the elections in the district or another name.
The 14.Supervising of the Field Election is an officer formed by the Panwaslu District who is in charge of supervising the elections in the village or another name.
15.Superintendent of the Foreign Elections is an officer formed by Bawaslu who is in charge of overseeing the elections abroad.

The Electoral Campaigns are the activities of the Election Participant to convince voters by offering a vision, mission, and program of the Election Participant.
18.Pengurus Political Party is the Central Board of the Political Party for the central level caretaker, the Regional Leadership Council of the Political Parties for the provincial level, and the Council of the Branch of the Political Party for the administrator of the Council of Politics. District/city, or any other designation.
19.Voters are Indonesian citizens who at the time of voting have been even aged 17 (seventeen) years or more or already/have married and are not being deprived of their voting rights.

2. The provisions of Article 5 plus 1 (one) paragraph after paragraph (8), so that Article 5 reads as follows:
Section 5
(1) Managing the Election Campaign of the DPR, DPRD Provincial and DPRD districts/Cities are the political parties ' governing parties, representatives of the DPR, DPRD Province, DPRD County/City, campaigspersons, people, and organizations appointed by the Election Participant Members of the House, Provincial Council and District Council/City Council.
(2) The DPD members ' election campaign consists of a candidate for the DPD, a person and an organization appointed by the DPD candidate's individual Election Participant.

(5) The organizing organization of activities as referred to in verse (4) is a legal entity established and managed by the Citizen of Indonesia as well as subject to the laws of the State of the Republic of Indonesia.
(6) The campaigns as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) are required to be registered by the Election Participant to the KPU, KPU/KIP Province and KPU/KIP District/City and exhaled to Bawaslu, Bawaslu Province, and Panwaslu Regency/City.
(7) For any person and/or group other than the campaigns registered in the KPU, KPU/KIP Province and KPU/KIP District/City that are named and/or have no official duties of the Election Participant are required to be either crucified or dissolved by the parties State Police Republic of Indonesia after coordinating with Bawaslu/Bawaslu Province/Panwaslu District/City.
(8) The campaign is responsible for the security, order and agility of the campaign.
(9) The governing registration of the campaign as referred to in paragraph (6) is carried out since 3 (three) days after the Political Party is set as an Election Participant.

3. The provisions of Article 6 plus 1 (one) paragraph after paragraph (4), so that Article 6 reads as follows:
Section 6
(1) The Election Participant can lift and dismiss the campaign officer.
(2) The campaign officer consists of the entire officer who facilitates the execution of the campaign.
(3) The campaign officer as referred to in paragraph (1), is set by the Governing Political Party Participant in accordance with its level and by the Candidate of the House, DPRD or Individual Election Participant Candidate of the DPD.
(4) The campaign officer as referred to in paragraph (2), is registered to the KPU according to its level.
(5) The registration of the campaign officer as referred to in verse (4) is carried out since 3 (three) days after the Political Party is set to be an Election Participant.

4. The provisions of Article 17 paragraph (1) and paragraph (4) are changed, so that Article 17 reads as follows:
Section 17
(1) The Election Campaign in the form of installation of props in a public place as referred to in Article 13 of the letter d, is set as follows:
a.   campaign props are not placed on places of worship, hospitals or health care places, government-owned buildings, educational institutions (buildings and schools), protocol streets, freeway, means and public infrastructure, park and trees;
B.   Election participants may install external campaign props with the provisions:
1. baliho or billboards (billboard) only for Political Party 1 (one) unitistricts/cities.
7. Election Committee, next abbreviated PPK, is a committee formed by KPU/KIP District/City to conduct elections in other districts or names.
8. The voting committee, further abbreviated to PPS, is a committee formed by KPU/KIP Regency/City to conduct elections in the village or another name/agility.
9. Foreign Election Committee, further abbreviated PPLN, is a committee formed by the KPU to conduct elections abroad.
10.Body Election Supervising, subsequently called Bawaslu, is an Election-Organizing institution in charge of overseeing the elections throughout the Republic of Indonesia.

5. The provisions of Article 32 paragraph (1) plus 1 (one) letter after the letter j, so that Article 32 reads as follows:
Section 32
(1) Executing, participants, and campaign officers are prohibited:
a.   extend the grounds of Pancasila State, the opening of the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, and the form of the State of Rebublik Indonesia;
B.   conduct activities that endanger the integrity of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia;
c. contempt of a person, religion, ethnicity, race, group, candidate and/or Election Participant;
D.   incite and pitted individual or community sheep;
e.   interfering with public order;
f.   threaten to conduct violence or advocate the use of violence to a person, a group of other members of the public, and/or Election Participant;
G.   destructive and/or eliminate the Election Participant ' s campaign tool;
h.   using government facilities, places of worship, and educational premises;
i.   carrying or using image tags and/or other attributes other than the image mark and/or attribute of the Election Participant in question;
J.    promising or giving money or other materials to campaign participants; and
No,   mobilizing Indonesian citizens who have not qualified as elector.
(2) The campaign operation in the campaign activities is prohibited from including:
a. Chairman, vice chairman, young chairman, supreme judge on the Supreme Court, and a judge on all judicial bodies under him, and a constitutional judge on the Constitutional Court;
B.   Chairman, vice chairman, and member of the Financial Examiner Board;
C.   Governor, Senior Deputy Governor, and Deputy Governor of the Bank of Indonesia;
D.   Directors, commissioners, board of trustees and employees of the state-owned enterprise-owned business entity;
e.   civil servants;
f.    member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces and the Indonesian National Police;
G.   village head; and
h.   Village device.
(3) Each person as referred to in paragraph (2) is prohibited from participating as executor of the Election Campaign.
(4) The violation of the prohibition of provisions in paragraph (1) of the letter c, the letter d, the letter f, the letter g, letter i, and the letter j, is a criminal electoral offence.

6. The provisions of Article 36 paragraph (5) are amended, so that Article 36 reads as follows:
Section 36
(1) The news, broadcasting, and advertising campaigns may be performed via print, on-line, electronic and other broadcasting agencies in accordance with the laws.
(2) The announcement, broadcasting, and advertising of the Election campaign as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised in order to deliver the election of an Election campaign by the Election Participant to the public.
(3) Election campaign materials as referred to in paragraph (2) may be written, voice, image, writing and image, or sound and image, which are narrative, graphical, character, interactive or uninteractive, as well as acceptable through the Message receiver device.
(4) The printing press, on-line, electronic and broadcasting agencies in preaching, broadcasting, and advertising campaigns as referred to in paragraph (1) must comply with the terms of the drafting and delivery of campaign materials and the prohibition in The campaign is referred to in Article 11 and Section 32.

7. The provisions of Article 45 of the paragraph (2) are changed and the paragraph (4) is removed, so that Article 45 reads as follows:
Section 45
(1) The Indonesian Broadcasting Commission or Press Council conducts oversight of the news, broadcasting and advertising of the Election Campaign conducted by the broadcasting agencies or by print, on-line and electronic media.
(2) In the case there is evidence of breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 41, Article 42 and Article 43, the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission or the Press Council dropped the sanctions pursuant to the authority owned by the Indonesian Broadcasting Commission or Press Council as set up in the laws governing about broadcasting or press.
(3) The drop of sanctions as referred to in paragraph (2) is notified to KPU and KPU/KIP Province.
