CHANGES TO THE HEAD REGULATION OF NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY NUMBER 4 YEAR 2010

ON THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY PROVINCE

AND THE KABUPATEN/CITY NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY,

Draw: a. that to implement Article 66 of the Presidential Regulation No. 23 of 2010 on the National Narcotics Agency of the Province and the National Narcotics Agency of the Regency/Kota;

b. That the National Drug Agency is a Executing Agency handling drug problem from upstream to downstream in Indonesia involving all non-ministerial ministries/government agencies, religious figures/youth, organizations from the central level up to the area;

c. That to increase the institutional capacity of the National Narcotics Agency in accordance with the demands of the task, function, and development of the current and future narcotics crimes, need to establish the National Narcotics Agency's Chief Regulation on

Changes to the Head of the National Narcotics Agency Regulation No. 4 of 2010 on the National Narcotics Agency of the Province and the National Narcotics Agency of the Regency/Kota;

5. Regulation of the National Drug Administration Number 4 of the Year 2010 on the National Narcotics Agency of the Province and National Narcotics Agency of the District/Kota;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY ON THE CHANGE IN THE REGULATION OF THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY NUMBER 04 OF 2010 ON ORGANIZATION AND BODY WORK NATIONAL NARCOTICS OF THE PROVINCE AND THE NATIONAL NARCOTICS AGENCY KABUPATEN/CITY.

Article I

Regulation of the Head of the National Narcotics Agency No. 4 of 2010 on the National Narcotics Agency of the Province and the National Narcotics Agency of the District/City, underwent a change as follows:

The provisions of Article 33 are amended so it reads as follows:

Article 33 (1) At the time of the rule of the BNN Chief Regulation, in the environment

BNN there are 33 (thirty-three) BNNP and 100 (hundred) BNNK/Cities.
