CHANGES TO THE EDUCATION MINISTER ' S REGULATIONS
AND CULTURE NUMBER 58 YEAR 2012
ABOUT THE COLLEGE OPERATIONAL HELP
ORGANIZED BY THE GOVERNMENT
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that to provide motivation in improving the performance of non-civil-civil education personnel at colleges organized by the Government needs to give the allocated honor of the college's operational assistance funds which are hosted by the Government;
B. that in order to flexibility the use of college operational assistance funds hosted by the Government, it needs to change the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 58 of 2012 about the Operational Assistance of the College of the Hosted by the Government;
c. that based on consideration as intended on letter a and letter b, need to establish the Minister for Education and Culture on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 58 of 2012 on Assistance Government-Hosted High School Operations
Given: 1. Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National System of Education (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 78, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number: 4301);
2. Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Gazette 2010 Number 23, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 5105) as amended by Regulation. Government Number 66 Year 2010 on Changes to Government Regulation No. 17 Year 2010 on Management and Hosting Education (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia Year 2010 Number 112, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 5157);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011;
4. Presidential Decree No. 84 /P Year 2009 regarding the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II as amended last by Presidential Decree Number 61 /P of 2012;
DECIDED:
establish: Minister of Education and Culture Regulation on the changes to the rules of education and culture minister number 58 of 2012 about the operational assistance of the colleges organized by the government.
Article I
Some provisions in the Law and Culture Ministerial Regulation Number 58 of 2012 on the Government Operational Assistance Hosted by the Government were changed so that it reads as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 2 of the letter j are changed, so that Article 2 reads as follows:
“Section 2
BOPTN is used for:
a. the conduct of research and devotion to the community;
B. maintenance costs;
c. addition of the practical materials/lectures;
D. library material;
e. Quality assurance;
f. The execution of a student's activities;
G. the financing of a subscription and services;
h. The performance of the support activities;
i. the development of information technology and communication (ICT) in learning;
J. The faculty and education of non-civil civil servants;
No, Procurement of Guest Lecturer; and/or
I. other activities that are a priority in the renstra colleges each.
2. The provisions of Article 3 of the letter c are deleted, so that Article 3 reads as follows:
Section 3
BOPTN is not used for:
a. Capital shopping in the form of physical investment (building and equipment);
B. additional teaching incentives for civil servants; and
c. operational needs for management. ”
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
So that everyone knows it, instrucits the Ordinance of the Minister of Education and Culture by its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
