Weigh: a. that the Civilian Civil Servants, Climatology, and Geophysical Services are defined under the Rules of the Chief of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Number KEP. 11 Years 2010;
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a and to increase administrative orders in the establishment of a study assignment in the environment of the Meteorological Agency, Climatology, and Geophysics, need to establish the Rule of the Head of the Agency. DECIDED:
SET: RULES OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS ON THE CHANGES TO THE RULES OF THE HEAD OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS NUMBER. 11 YEARS 2010 ON THE STUDY OF THE STUDY OF LEARNING AND PERMISSION. STUDY FOR CIVIL SERVANTS IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF METEOROLOGY, CLIMATOLOGY, AND GEOPHYSICS.
Article I
Some of the provisions in the Regulation of the Head of Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics No. 11 of 2010 on the Study of Compulsory Teaching And Permission For Civil Servants in the Environment of Meteorology, Climatology, and the Global Employee of the Year. Geophysics is changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 20 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 20
Officials who are authorized to provide, extend, and cancel study duties as referred to in Article 17, Section 18, and Section 19 are:
a. The Principal Secretary for the PNS group IV; or
B. The head of the Bureau for civil servants is from group III down.
Article II
The Chief of the Agency ' s Regulation is starting to apply at an promulgable date.
