ABOUT
MALARIA LAYOUT GUIDELINES

BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  That in order to cut the chain of malaria, especially in high-risk societies, there is a need for prevention and treatment through malaria cases in order not to cause a plague;
b.that in connection with the development of a drug in order of the case of malaria in Indonesia, it is seen necessary to make revisions to the Decree of Health Minister Number 041/Menkes/SK/I/2007 on the Guidelines Case of the Malaria case and the Health Minister's Decision Number 043 /Menkes/SK/I/2007 on the Malaria Treatment Guidelines;
c.that based on consideration as in letter a and letter b, need to be re-established with the Code of Malaria Ordinance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health;

Given: 1. Law No. 4 of 1984 on the Plague of Infectious Diseases (sheet of State of the Republic of Indonesia in 1984 No. 20, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia No. 3273);
2. Act No. 29 of 2004 on the Practice of Medicine (leaf of State of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 116, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4431);
3. Law No. 32 Year 2004 on Local Government (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia 2004 Number 125, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4437) as amended several times last by Act Number 12 Years 2008 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2008 Number 59, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 4844);
4. Law No. 36 Year 2009 on Health (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia Year 2009 Number 144, Additional Sheet of State of Indonesia Republic No. 5063);
5. Government Regulation No. 40 Year 1991 on Countermeasures Infectious Disease Outbreak (State Sheet Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 1991 Number 3437, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Indonesia Number 3447);

9. Health Minister ' s Decision Number 1479 /Menkes/SK/X/2003 on the Guidelines of Hosting Of The epidemiological Infectious Disease System and Incommunicable Diseases;
9. Health Minister Regulation Number 1144 /Menkes/Per/VIII/2010 on the Organization and the Working Tata Ministry of Health (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 585);
Ten. Health Minister Regulation No. 1501 /Menkes/ Per/X/2010 on the Types of Particular Infectious Diseases That May Result In Outbreaks and Efforts (the State News Of The Republic Of Indonesia 2010 Number 503);

DECIDED:

establish: Health Minister ' s Regulation on the Guidelines of Malaria Treatments.

Article 1
The guidelines of Malaria Treatments are a reference to the medical or other health care that has the authority in order to suppress the number of pain and death rates due to malaria in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 2
The Malaria Guidelines Guidelines as set forth in the Attachment are an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.

Article 3
The coaching and supervision of the Ordinance of the Minister ' s Regulation is conducted by the Ministry of Health, the provincial health service, and the county/city health service in accordance with their respective duties, functions and authority.

Section 4
At the time the Minister ' s Ordinance comes into effect, then;
a. Health Minister ' s Decision Number 041/Menkes/SK/I/2007 on the Malaria Case Instruction Guidelines; and
b. Health Minister Decision Number 043 /Menkes/SK/I/2007 on Malaria Treatment Guidelines;
revoked and declared not applicable.

Section 5
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.

For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
