BAB III
TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 10
At the time the President ' s Rule is in effect, then:
1. Presidential Regulation Number 49 Year 2005 on Honorary Money For Judges On the Criminal Court of Corruption as amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 86 of 2010;
2. Presidential Regulation No. 96 of 2006 on Improvement And Other Rights For Judge Ad Hoc On The Court Of Industrial Relations as amended by the Presidential Regulation Number 20 of 2011; and
3. Presidential Regulation No. 23 of 2008 on the Money of Honor and Other Rights For Judge Ad Hoc On the Court of Fisheries in the State Court as amended with the Presidential Regulation No. 87 of 2010;

revoked and declared not applicable.
BAB IV
CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 11
All laws that are in conflict with this Presidential Regulation are declared no longer applicable.

Section 12
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.

(2) In terms of state houses and transport facilities as referred to in paragraph (1) are not yet available, Judge Ad Hoc may be granted housing and transportation benefits according to the country ' s financial capabilities.

Section 5
Judge Ad Hoc in the conduct of the task is granted security assurance in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Section 6
The Ad Hoc Judges who carried out service trips were given the cost of transportation and accommodation in accordance with the terms applicable to the Civil Service of the Group IV civil servant.

Section 7
(1) Judge Ad Hoc is given the prize money at the end of the term.
(2) The award money is given by 2 (two) times the quantity of the allowance.
(3) In the case of Judge Ad Hoc not being able to complete his term, the awarding of the prize money is done based on the calculation of the term of office.
(4) The calculation of the term of the office as referred to in paragraph (3) is as follows:
A.to with 1 year: 0.2 x of award money;
b.more than 1 year up to 2 years: 0.4 x the award money;
c more than 2 years to up to 3 years: 0.6 x award money;
d.over 3 years up to 4 years: 0.8 x the award money; and
E.e.more than 4 years to less than 5 years: 1 x of award money.
(5) The prize money is not awarded to Judge Ad Hoc who was once exposed to heavy administrative sanctions and/or criminal sanctions that were threatened with a minimum sentence of 5 (five) years in prison.

Section 8
(1) The financial rights and facilities for Judge Ad Hoc are given since the pertinted appointment as Judge Ad Hoc on the Court.
(2) To Judge Ad Hoc who has been sworn in before the Act of the President comes into effect the financial rights and facilities set out in this Presidential Regulation are given the following since the enactment of this Presidential Regulation.
