NUMBER 24 OF 2010 ON THE POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION
THE MINISTRY OF STATE AS WELL AS ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENTS, TASKS, AND
THE FUNCTION OF THE ESELON I MINISTRY OF THE COUNTRY
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order to optimize the execution of the duties of the ministry of state, it is necessary to fine-tune the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as the Organizational Functions, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I The Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, lastly with the Presidential Regulation No. 38 of 2013;
B. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Fourth Amendment to the Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and the Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State;
Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 17 of the Basic Law of the State of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act No. 39 of 2008 concerning the Ministry of State (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia 2008 No. 166, Additional leaf of the Republic of Indonesia Indonesia Number 4916);
3. Presidential Regulation No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, last with the Presidential Regulation Number 91 of 2011 (State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia of 2011 No. 141);
4. Presidential Regulation No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State as well as Susunan Organization, Duty, and Functions of Eselon I Ministry of State as it has been several times amended, last with the Presidential Regulation Number 38 Years 2013 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 Number 90);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION OF THE THIRD CHANGE TO THE 2010 PRESIDENTIAL RULE OF 2010 ON THE POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF STATE AND THE ORGANIZATION' S ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF STATE.
Section 1
Presidential Decree No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and Functions of the Organization, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State which has been several times amended by the Presidential Regulation:
a. Number 67 Year 2010;
B. Number 92 of 2011 (State of the Republic of Indonesia in 2011 Number 142);
C. Number 38 Of 2013 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Indonesia Year 2013 Number 90),
changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Section 614 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 614
The organizational arrangement of the eselon I Ministry of State Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms consists of:
a. Ministry Secretariat;
B. Deputy Field Of Bureaucratic Reform, Accountability Aparatur, and Oversight;
C. Deputy Institutional Field and Tata Laksana;
D. The Deputy Human Resources Deputy of the Aparatur;
e. Deputy Field of Public Service;
f. Legal Field Expert Staff;
G. Expert Staff of Public Policy;
h. Expert Staff of Strategic Communications and Institutional Relations;
i. Government Field Expert Staff and Regional Autonomy; and
J. Expert staff for the Ministry of Personnel.
2. The provisions of Section 617 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 617
Deputies of the Bureau of Bureaucracy, Accountability Apparatus, and Oversight have the task of preparing the formulation of policy and coordination of policy implementation in the areas of bureaucratic reform, apparatus accountability, and oversight.
3. The provisions of Section 618 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 618
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 617, the Deputy Field of Bureaucratic, Accountability Apparatus, and Oversight organizes function:
a. the preparation of policy formulation in the areas of bureaucratic reform, accountability of the apparatus, and oversight;
B. coordination of policy implementation in the areas of bureaucratic reform, apparatus accountability, and oversight;
C. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on issues or activities in the areas of bureaucratic reform, apparatus accountability, and oversight; and
D. Another task given by the Minister of Personnel's Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms.
4. The provisions of Article 619 are changed so that it reads as follows:
Section 619
The Deputy Institutional and Institutional Affairs has the task of preparing the formulation of policy and coordination of the conduct of policy in the institutional and administrative areas of the government.
5. The provisions of Section 620 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Article 620
In carrying out the duties as referred to in Section 619, the Deputy Institutional Field and Tata Laksana organised the function:
a. The preparation of policy formulation in the institutional and administrative fields of the government;
B. coordinate the implementation of policies in the institutional and administrative fields of the government;
C. monitoring, analysis, evaluation, and reporting on issues or activities in the institutional and governance fields of governance; and
D. Another task given by the Minister of Personnel's Ministry of Personnel and the Bureaucratic Reforms.
6. The provisions of Article 623 are deleted.
7. The provisions of Section 624 are deleted.
8. The provisions of Article 625 are deleted.
9. The provisions of Section 626 are deleted.
10. The provisions of Section 629 are amended so that it reads as follows:
Section 629
(1) The Expert Staff of the Legal Field has the task of granting the Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms on the issue of law.
(2) Public Policy Field Expert staff has a duty to provide the Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms on public policy issues.
(3) Strategic Communication Field Expert Staff and Institutional Relationships have the task of providing handout to Minister of State Personnel and bureaucratic Reform on matters of strategic communication and institutional relations.
(4) The Regional Governing Staff and Regional Autonomy has the task of giving the Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms on the issue of governance and regional autonomy.
(5) The Personnel Cultural Field Expert Staff has the task of giving the Minister of State Minister of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reforms on the cultural issues of the apparatus of the apparatus.
Section II
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
