REGULATION OF THE JUDICIAL COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

GUIDELINE DETERMINATION OF THE NOMINEE OF THE SUPREME MAGISTRATE

DRAW :

a. that to implement the provisions of Article 18 paragraph (3) of the Law Number 18 of the Year 2011 on Changes to the Law Number 22 of 2004 on the Judicial Commission, then it is necessary to draw up the Eligibility Guidelines of the Supreme Court nominee;

b. that the Determination Determining of the Supreme Court nominee attached to the Regulation of the Judicial Commission No. 7 of 2011 on the Selection of the Selection of Candidates for the Supreme Court as amended by the Regulation of the Judicial Commission No. 2 Year 2013 is not In accordance with the development of the Judicial Commission's legal needs;

c. that under consideration as intended on letter a and letter b, it needs to establish the Judicial Commission's Regulation on the Eligibility Guidelines Of The Supreme Court;

Given: 1. Article 24B of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

2. Law No. 14 Year 1985 on the Supreme Court (State of the Republic of Indonesia Year 1985 number 73, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3316) as amended by Law No. 3 of 2009 (State Sheet) Republic Of Indonesia 2009 Number 3, Additional Gazette Republic Indonesia Number 4958);

3. Law No. 22 of 2004 on the Judicial Commission (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2004 No. 89, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4415) as amended by Law No. 18 of 2011 on Change Under Law No. 22 of 2004 on the Judicial Commission (State Gazette of Indonesia 2011 number 106, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5250);

4. Regulation of the Judicial Commission No. 7 of 2011 on the Tata Cara Selection of the Candidate for the Supreme Court as amended by the Regulation of the Judicial Commission No. 2 of 2013 (State News Indonesia No. 329 of 2013);

DECIDED:

establish: The Judicial Commission ' s Regulations On The Guiding Eligibility Guidelines Of The Supreme Magistrate.

article 1 The Determination Of The Eligibility of the Supreme Court nominee is as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Regulation.

Article 2 of the Prospective Eligibility Guidelines this is a guide for the Judicial Commission in determining the eligibility of the Candidate of the Supreme Court.

Article 3 With the provisions of this rule, then the Determination Eligibility of the Supreme Court nominee as attached to the Regulation of the Judicial Commission Number 7 of 2013 on the Tata Way Selection of the Candidate of the Supreme Court declared not applicable.
