SERVICE PASSPORT (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE
ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF AFGHANISTAN ON VISA EXEMPTION
FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS)
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in Bali, on 9 November 2012 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan regarding the Liberation of Visa for Diplomatic Passport and Passport Service (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports), as a result of negotiations between the Delegates. Government of the Republic of Indonesia and Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan
B. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, it is necessary to validate the Agreement with the President's Regulation;
Remembering: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) and Section 11 of the Basic Law of the Republic of the Republic of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;
2. Act No. 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State of the Republic of Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4012);
3. Act No. 6 Year 2011 on Immigration (Sheet State Republic Of Indonesia In 2011 Number 52, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 5216);
DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF AFGHANISTAN ON THE VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS AND PASSPORT SERVICES (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE ISLAMIC REPUBLIC OF AFGHANISTAN ON VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS).
Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on the Liberation of Visa for Diplomatic Passport holders and the Passport Service
(Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Indonesia) Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports) which had been signed on November 9, 2012 in Bali, whose original manuscript in Indonesian, Pashto, Language From, and English as attached and are the parts that are not be separated from this Presidential Regulation.
Section 2
In the event of a distinction between the text of the Agreement in English, Pashto, English, and English as referred to in Article 1, which applies is the English-language Agreement.
Section 3
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
