CHANGE IN EDUCATION AND CULTURE MINISTER REGULATION
NUMBER 8 OF 2013 ON TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS THE USE OF
FUNDING SPECIAL ALLOCATION FIELD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION
BUDGET 2013
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that the technical guidance of the DAK Field Office of Budget Year 2013 has been arranged with the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 8 Year 2013 on Technical Guidance of the Use of the Special Alocation Funds of the Budget Year of the Budget Year 2013;
B. that with the change in the implementation of the implementation policy of the 2013 curriculum and to optimize the implementation of the DAK Field Education Year of Budget 2013, it needs to change some of the provisions in the Education and Culture Ministerial Regulation No. 8 of 2013 about the Technical Lead of the Use of the Special Alocation Fund for the 2013 Budget Year of the Budget;
c. that based on consideration as intended on the letter a, b and letter c, need to establish the Minister of Education and Culture on the Change of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 8 Year 2013 on Technical Guidance Use of the Cloud Service for the Cloud Service is available under the terms of this Service.

DECIDED:
establish: MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND CULTURE POLICY ON CHANGES TO THE RULES OF MINISTER FOR EDUCATION AND CULTURE NUMBER 8 OF 2013 ON TECHNICAL INSTRUCTIONS TO USE THE SPECIAL ALLOCATION OF MIDDLE EDUCATION FIELDS IN THE BUDGET YEAR 2013.
Article I
Some of the provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 8 of 2013 On the Technical Lead of the Use of Special Alocation Funds of the Budget Office of the Year of Budget 2013, are changed as follows:
1. The provisions of Article 1 are amended so that Article 1 reads as follows:
Section 1
The next 2013 Budget Year Special Alallocation Fund in the Ministerial Regulation is called the DAK Field of Secondary Education used to finance the provision of education facilities and infrastructure including:
a. Learning space rehabilitation is heavily damaged; and
B. Improving the quality of education and quality.
2. The provisions of Article 2 are amended, so that Article 2 reads as follows:
Section 2
(1) Rehabilitation of the learning space is heavily damaged as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a including with its furniture.
(2) The absence of the means and the infrastructure improvement in education as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b includes:
a. construction of the laboratory;
B. construction of the library.
c. procurement of laboratory equipment; and
D. Procuring reference books.
3. The provisions of Article 3 are changed, so that Article 3 reads as follows:
Section 3
The proportion of the use of the 2013 DAK Field Education Budget for the rehabilitation of the study of the study of the study was 20% to 50%, and the remainder was used to finance the procurement of facilities and the improvement of education quality.
4. The provisions of Section 4 are amended, so that Article 4 reads as follows:
Section 4
(1) Rehabilitation of heavily damaged learning spaces including the perc as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (1) and the construction of the laboratory and library as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (2) letter a and b are performed separately by the committee building schools by engaging communities in the school environment in accordance with the provisions of the laws.
(2) The absence of laboratory equipment and reference books as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2) of the letters c and d are exercised by the county/city education service using the mechanism of the goods provider/services in accordance with the provisions of the rules It's
5. Between Section 5 and Section 6 is inserted 1 (one) Section, the Section 5A reads as follows:
Section 5A
The technical instructions as referred to in Section 5 apply also to the Additional DAK Field of Budget Year of 2013 Budget.
6. The provisions of the Attachment are amended, so the Attachment reads as set forth in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
