CHANGE OF FOREST MINISTER ' S DECISION
NUMBER 6173 /KPTS-II/2002 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORK OF THE WORK
EDUCATION HALL AND FORESTRY TRAINING
BY THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF FORESTRY REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that under the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 6173 /Kpts-II/2002 has been designated the Organization and the Working Hall of Education and Training of Forestry;
B. that as a follow-up to the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry No. 33 /Menhut-II/2012 which changed the Regulation of Forestry Minister Number P. 40 /Menhut-II/2010 on the Organization and the Work Order of the Ministry of Forestry, the seat of the Education Hall and the The Foresight training that was originally located below and was responsible to the Centre for Education and Forestry Training to be under the Board of Forestry and Development of the Forestry SDM;
c. that in connection with the letter a and that b then need to amend the Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 6137 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall of Education and Forestry Training, with the Ordinance of the Minister of Forestry;

Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry (sheet state of the Republic of Indonesia of 1999 No. 167, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 3888) as amended by Law No. 19 of 2004 on Redemption Rule of Government Substitutes Act No. 41 of 1999 on Forestry Act (Sheets Of State Republic Of Indonesia 2004 Number 86, Additional Sheet Of State Republic Of Indonesia Number 4412);
3. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 47 of 2009 on the Establishment and Organization of the Ministry of State;
4. Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 24 Year 2010 on Occupation, Duty, Functions of the Eselon I Ministry of State;
5. Decree of the Minister of Forestry No. 6173 /Kpts-II/2002 on the Organization and the Working Hall of Education and Forestry Training;
6. Forest Minister Regulation No. P. 40/Menhut-II/2010 on the Organization and Work Order of the Ministry of Forestry (News of the State of the Republic of Indonesia 2010 Number 405) as amended by the Ordinance of the Forestry Minister Number P. 33/Menhut-II/2012 (State News of the Republic of Indonesia 2012 Number 779);
Attention: Minister of State Minister's approval of the State of Personnel and Bureaucratic Reform Number B/2264/M. PAN-RB/8/ 2012 dated 2 August 2012.
M E M U T U S K A N:
SET: FORESTRY MINISTER REGULATION ON THE CHANGE OF FORESTRY MINISTER ' S DECISION NUMBER 6173 /KPTS-II/2002 ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND THE WORKING ORDER OF EDUCATION HALL AND FORESTRY TRAINING.
Article I
Changing the provisions in Article 1 of paragraph (1) of the Forest Minister Regulation No. 6173 /Kpts-II/2002 so that the entirety of section 1 reads to be the following:
(1) School of Education and Forestry Training is a technical managing unit in the field of education and forestry training that is below and is responsible to the Head of the Governing Body and the Development of Human Resources Forestry.
(2) The Education Hall and Forestry Training Hall is led by a Chief.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
For each person to know it, order the invitation of the Order of the Minister with its placement in the News of the Republic of Indonesia.
