Paragraph 4
Measurement Technical Requirements
Section 12
(1) The limits of the limits and determination of the boundary position are performed using the measuring tool:
a. Theodolite;
b. Global Positioning System (GPS);
c. Total Station (TS);
d. Other tools that meet technical provisions.
(2) a measure of measure by which the Cloud Service can be used.

Section 13
(1) The measurement method uses:
a. polygon compass if using a Theodolite T0 (Theodolite Kompas). The field data obtained is an azimuth magnetically, a sloping distance and a sloping angle;
b. angular polygon if using Theodolite T1 (not Theodolite Kompas). The field data obtained is the direction on a polygon side, sloping distance and angled corners.
(2) To get a flat distance, it can be computed with the formula: d = dm. ♪ Cos 2 α, where: d = flat distance, dm = tilted distance (from the reading of the rambu), and α = angle miring/helling.
(3) The size data that is azimuth, sloping distance and angled angles are recorded in the measuring book other than that the ssneakers of the measurement results in the field must be described at a scale of 1:10,000.

Section 14
(1) Determination of boussole correction:
a. in terms of setting boundaries in the field using the Theodolite T0 (Theodolite Kompas), then before commencing the measurement in the field first needs to be done observations of the sun to determine the magnitude of the boussole correction of the measuring device used;
b. azimuth the meticulous sun is performed with observations of the sun as much as 3 (three) series and each observation series is performed 4 (four) times the measurement is 2 (two) measurements on the position of the upright binoculars (ordinary) and 2 (two) measurements at Binoculars reverse (outstanding);
c. The determination of the boussole correction magnitude to be used, set based on:
1. The average score of 3 (three) observation series, if the count results between series one with the other is not different;
2. Selected one of the observation series that is technically considered the best, if the count results of each observation series are very different away.
d. use of boussole correction:
1. on an artificial boundary arrangement: azimuth-azimuth listed in the work order arrangement plan/instruction must be reduced by the magnitude of the boussole correction, so instead in the description of the size map.
2. on the nature of the natural boundary (river, lake bank, laut/beach, highway, plant boundary) which is essentially traitable in a different field with the plan of setting boundaries and the work instructions for the arrangement of the boundary, then azimuth-azimuth measures the measurement on field (azimuth magnetis) must plus the magnitude of the boussole correction at the calculation time of the coordinates and the depiction of the map.
(2) The initial determination of the azimuth:
a. in terms of the boundary arrangement using the Theodolite T1 (not the Theodolite compass) then on one side of the polygon must be done observations of the sun to determine azimuth from that side. The dots on which the observations of the sun should be performed are adapted to the technical purposes of measurement
b. The determination of the starting point of the extent of the extent of the area of forest utilization permit work/areal work approval work/areal work starts from a specific starting point in accordance with the provisions of the boundary arrangement plan and the boundary alignment work instructions.

Section 15
(1) The measurement of the trajectory of the boundary is performed according to the traject provisions of the boundary arrangement plan and the boundary alignment work instructions.
(2) If using the Theodolite T0 (Theodolite Kompas), in the application of the azimuth-azimuth field listed on the arrangement of the boundary arrangement and the order of the arrangement work must be reduced by the magnitude of the boussole correction of the measurement tool, It is also the opposite of the time of its coronation.
(3) The orientation measurement is performed to find out and compare the state above the work map with the state in the field.
(4) The measurement of the orientation as referred to in verse (3) which is performed by the polygon compass method, performed the measurement of radiating or recuperation to the face.
(5) The measurement of the border subjects by using GPS is set in technical instructions.

Section 16
In terms of heavy field conditions between the other steep, deep swamps that cannot be measured in accordance with the rules of the boundary of the boundary arrangement plan and the arrangement of the boundary arrangement work can be carried on a soaring measurement.

Section 17
Font writing and border number:
a. on the side of the border facing the area of forest utilization permit, approval of the principle or maintainer of the forest area is written by the initials of the three letters of the name of the forest utilization permit, approval of the principle of use of the forest area, consent the principle of forest area release or the management of the KPH and the KHDTK concerned;
b. boundary pal numbering written under the initials of the name for the use of forest utilization permit, the principle approval of the use of forest areas, the approval of the principle of the release of forest area or the management of the concerned KPH and KHDTK;
c. in terms of the boundary boundary of the outer boundary and/or limit of function, the name stands for forest utilization permit holder, the approval of the principle of use of forest areas, the approval of the principle of the release of forest area or the management of KPH and KHDTK and the border number is under the initials and outer boundary number and/or the boundary function of the forest region.

Section 18
