THE APPOINTMENT OF THE FITNESS ASSESSMENT AGENCY
IN ORDER FOR THE TREATMENT AND SUPERVISION
INDONESIA NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) STEEL SHEET
AND COLD CANAI SCROLLS (Bj.D) OBLIGATORY
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF INDUSTRIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that in order for the implementation of the implementation and supervision of the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of Steel Sheets and the Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) which are mandatory with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 90/M-IND/PER/8/2010 as have been the last several times modified with the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 41/M-IND/PER/2/2012, in accordance with the provisions of the laws have been made an evaluation of the associated Institution Assessment, which is designated with the Regulation of the Minister of Industry Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2013;
B. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, it is necessary to appoint and establish the Product Certification Institute and the Test Laboratory as set forth in this Regulation Attachment as the Institution for the Concurrent Assessment to perform the certification and Steel quality testing of the sheet and the Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D);
c. that under consideration as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Industry on the Appointment of the Assessment Agency in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Oversight (SNI) Cold Canai Scrolls and Scrolls (Bj.D) Wajib;

7. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 78 of 2001 on the National Accreditation Committee;
8. Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 84 /P Year 2009 on the Establishment of the United Indonesia Cabinet United II Period 2009-2014 as it has been several times amended last with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 60 /P of the Year 2013;
9. Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 about the Indonesian National Standard of Industrial Fields;
10 .Regulation Minister Perindustrian Number 90/M-IND/PER/8/2010 on the Treatment of Indonesian National Standards (SNI) of Steel Sheets and Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) Wajib as have been several times amended last with the Ordinance of the Minister Industry Number 41/M-IND/PER/2/2012;
11 .Regulation of Minister of Industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Industry;
DECIDED:
Establish: MINISTRY OF MINISTRY ' S REGULATIONS ON THE APPOINTMENT OF THE INSTITUTION OF CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT IN ORDER OF THE ENACTMENT AND SUPERVISION OF THE NATIONAL STANDARD OF INDONESIA (SNI) OF SHEET STEEL AND COLD CANAI SCROLLS (Bj.D) OBLIGED.
Section 1
Pointing:
a. Product Certification (LSPro) has been accredited as set forth in the letter A Attachment of the Regulation of this Minister to perform the SNI Steel Sheet (Bj.D) Certification Certification (Bj.D); and
B. The Laboratory of Testing which has been accredited as set forth in the letter B of the Regulation of the Minister is to carry out the testing of the Cold Canai Scroll and Scrolls (Bj.D).
Section 2
(1) The Test Laboratory as referred to in Article 1 of the letter b is required to test the entire LSPro request as referred to in Article 1 of the letter a and/or technical instance with the same treatment of interLSPro and interchange Technical authority.
(2) The testing obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) applies to testing for:
a. publishing SPPT-SNI Steel Sheets and Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D); and/or
B. The supervision of the implementation of the application of the SNI of Steel Sheet and the Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) is mandatory.
Section 3
(1) LSPro and the Test Laboratory as referred to in Section 1 must report the results of the certification performance and testing to the Director General of the Manufacturing Industry Base and the Head of the Policy, Climate and Industrial Studies Board.
(2) The performance results report as referred to in paragraph (1) consists of:
a. LSPro obligations to deliver:
1. publishing SPPT SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT SNI and the revocation of SPPT SNI Steel Sheets and Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D), which must be delivered at least 7 (seven) business days since issuer;
2. Recapitulation of SPPT-SNI publishing, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI and the revocation of SPPT-SNI Steel Sheets and Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) in a period of 1 (one) year, which must be delivered no later than 5 January year next; and
3. Competency, organization and LSPro; accreditation and
B. Test Lab's obligation to deliver:
1. Certificate of Test Results (SHU) or test results of the Cold Canai Scrolls and Scroll (Bj.D) which have been performed within 1 (one) month, which must be delivered at least the next 5 months;
2. The recapitulation of the Test Results Certificate (SHU) or the test results of the Sheet Steel and the Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) which have been performed within 1 (one) year, which should be delivered no later than 5 January of the year next; and
3. The development of competencies, organization and accreditation of the Test Laboratory.
(3) The Directorate General of the Manufacturing Industry Base conducts coaching on the Steel Industry Sheet and the Cold Canai Gulungan (Bj.D) which does not meet the provisions of the SNI Steel Sheets and the Cold Canai Scrolls (Bj.D) Wajib Based on results Periodic supervision, as referred to in paragraph 2, is a number 1.
Section 4
Head of the Policy Review Board, Climate and Mutu Industries conducting the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) as well as evaluation of the performance of the LSPro and the Test Laboratory the designated as referred to in Article 1.
Section 5
(1) The LSPro which violates the provisions as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) and the paragraph (2) of the letter a, revoked the designation of the certificate of certification.
(2) The trial of the Test Breach of the provisions as referred to in Article 2 and Section 3 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the letter b, revoked the designation of the reinstatement of the reinstatement.
(3) The judgment of truth over the breach of the provisions as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is conducted in the assessment meeting of the Institution of Conformity Assessment.
Section 6
At the time the Ordinance of the Minister was promulred, the Regulation Minister of Industry Number 07/M-IND/PER/2/2013 on the Appointment Of The Institute of Conformance in the Order of the Indonesian National Standard Monitoring and Supervision (SNI) of Steel Sheets and Scroll The Cold Canai (Bj.D) Is Conerially, revoked and declared not valid.
Section 7
The Minister ' s rules are beginning to apply at the date of the invitation.
