ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OPERATIONAL STANDARD PROCEDURE

THE ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT (SOPAP) COUNTERMEASURES CRISIS CONDITIONS THE TERRORISM ATTACKS THAT USED KBRN

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD, THE HEAD OF THE NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY OF TERRORISM

WEIGHED: A. That the development of acts of terrorism indicates an increase in the quality and quantity of the use of materials that contain KBRN elements in the "Explosive" series that terrorists use;

b. That it has not been established as the Operational Standards of Government Administration Procedure (SOPAP) of the Terrorism Attack Crisis Condition using KBRN;

c. That with consideration as referred to in the letter a, and b above, it requires the determination of the decision of the head of the National Board of Terrorism about the Operational Standards of the Government Administration Procedure (SOP AP).

The Terrorism Attack Crisis Condition of the KBRN.

Given: 1. The RI Act No. 1 of 1946 on the Book of Criminal Law.

2. The RI Act No. 2 of 1976 on the Ratification Covention of Offences and Other Acts Comitted on Board Aircraft 1963, Convention of Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft 1970 and Convention for The Supression of Unlawful Acts Against The Safety of Civil Aviation, 197.

3. The Act of RI No. 8 of 1981 on the Book of the Law of Criminal Events.

4. The RI Act No. 17 of 1985 on the Unrest of UN Convetion On The Law of The Sea [UNCLOS].

5. The RI Act No. 17 of 2003 on State Finance.

6. The RI Act No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury.

7. The RI Act No. 15 of 2003 on the Redemption of PP substitute Invite-Invite RI Number 1 Year 2000 on the Eradication Of Terrorism Criminal Terrorism into Invite-Invite.

Article 1

In the rules of the Head of the National Agency of Terrorism Governing the Terrorism referred to: 1) The Operating Standard of the Procedure is a series of written instructions

which is standardized about the various activities of the organization, how and when to be done, where and by whom it is performed.

2) The Standard Operation of the Governance Procedure (SOP AP) is the operational standard of the procedure of various governmental administration requirements in accordance with the applicable laws.

3) Government Administration is managing the process of execution of the task and the function of the government that run by a government organization.

4) The Nod is an attempt to prevent, face, or address a state.

5) The original National Board of Original Interference (BNPT), is the institution of the organization. Non-Ministry governments that have the task of carrying out government duties in the field of terrorism countermeasures;
