REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA NUMBER 32/M-IND/PER/6/2013 REGARDING the DESIGNATION of the CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT INSTITUTIONS in the FRAMEWORK of the IMPLEMENTATION and SUPERVISION of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) TWO-WHEELED BIKES are MANDATORY with the GRACE of GOD ALMIGHTY MINISTER of INDUSTRY of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA, Considering: a. that in order to smooth execution and supervision of the enforcement of Indonesia national standard (SNI) two-wheeled Bicycles imposed compulsorily by regulation of the Minister of industry Number 114/M-IND/PER/10/2010 in accordance with the provisions of the legislation have done evaluation of conformity assessment related Institutions designated by regulation of the Minister of industry Number 148/M-IND/PER/12/2010;
b. that in accordance with the results of the evaluation, need to appoint and assign a Product certification agencies and Testing Laboratories as listed in the appendix to this Ministerial Regulation as conformity assessment Institutions carry out certification and testing the quality of two-wheeled Bicycles;
c. that based on considerations as referred to in letter a and letter b, need to establish the regulation of the Minister of industry regarding the designation of the conformity assessment Institutions in the framework of the implementation and supervision of the Indonesia national standard (SNI) two-wheeled Bikes Are Mandatory;

8. Presidential Decree Number 83/P in 2009 on the establishment of a United Indonesia Cabinet II Period of 2009-2014 as it has several times changed with the decision of the President of the Republic of Indonesia number 5/P by 2013;
9. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 86/M-IND/PER/9/2009 on Indonesia's National Industry Standards;
10. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 105/M-IND/PER/10/2010 about the Organization and the Work of the Ministry of industry;
11. Regulation of the Minister of industry Number 114/M-IND/PER/10/2010 regarding the enforcement of Indonesia national standard (SNI) two-wheeled Bikes Are Mandatory;
Decide: define: REGULATION of the MINISTER of INDUSTRY REGARDING the DESIGNATION of the CONFORMITY ASSESSMENT INSTITUTIONS in the FRAMEWORK of the IMPLEMENTATION and SUPERVISION of the INDONESIAN NATIONAL STANDARD (SNI) TWO-WHEELED BIKES are mandatory.
Article 1 Designates: a. Product certification agencies (LSPro) which have been accredited as listed on Attachment A of this regulation of the Minister to carry out a two-wheeled Bike SNI; and b. the laboratory Examiners who have been accredited as stated on the letter B Attachment this ministerial regulation to implement a testing two-wheel Bike.
Article 2 (1) Lab Testers as stipulated in article 1 letter b obligatory testing of all request LSPro referred to in article 1 letter a and/or technical agencies with the same treatment against between LSPro and technical agencies.
(2) the obligation of the testing referred to in subsection (1) applies to testing for: a. the publication of the SPPT-SNI two-wheeled Bicycles; and/or b. oversight of the implementation of the application of two-wheeled Bike SNI compulsorily.
Article 3 (1) LSPro and laboratory Testers as referred to in article 1 must report the results of performance testing and certification to the Director-General of Industry-based Flagship of high technology and the head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, the climate and the quality of the industry.
(2) Report the results of performance referred to in subsection (1) consists of: a. LSPro obligation to deliver: 1. issuing periodic supervision, SNI SPPT SPPT SNI and the lifting of a two-Wheel Bike SPPT SNI, which must be submitted no later than 7 (seven) working days since the publication;
2. recap of the issuance of the SPPT-SNI, periodic supervision of SPPT-SNI-SNI SPPT revocation and bicycle wheel Two within 1 (one) year, which must be submitted no later than on 5 January of the following year; and 3.  the development of competence, organization and accreditation LSPro; as well as b.  Laboratory Testers to convey obligation: 1. certificate of test results (SHU) or test results over the two-wheeled Bicycle testing that has been done within 1 (one) month, which must be submitted no later than on the date of the next 5 months;
2. recap of the Certificate test results (SHU) or test results over the two-wheeled Bicycle testing that has been done within one (1) year, which must be submitted no later than on 5 January of the following year; and 3.  the development of competence, organization and the accreditation of the laboratory Examiners.
(3) the Directorate General of Industry of High Technology-based Flagship do coaching against two-wheel bike industry that does not comply with the STANDARD two-wheel Bike Compulsorily based on the results of the regular supervision as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a number 1.
Article 4 head of the Agency for the assessment of policies, the climate and the quality of the industry doing the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the provisions referred to in article 2 and an evaluation of the performance of LSPro and laboratory Examiners designated as referred to in article 1.

Article 5 (1) LSPro and laboratory Examiners in violation of the provisions referred to in article 2 and article 3, revoked his appointment.
(2) assessment of the truth for infringement of the provisions referred to in subsection (1) done in meeting the assessment of conformity assessment Institutions.
Article 6 SPPT-SNI Certificates and test results (SHU) two-wheeled Bikes that have been published on 28 December 2012 up to this Ministerial Regulation enacted, respectively by LSPro and laboratory Examiners designated by regulation of the Minister of industry Number 148/M-IND/PER/12/2010, was declared in effect by virtue of this regulation of the Minister.

Article 7 this Ministerial Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.

In order to make everyone aware of it, ordered the enactment of this Ministerial Regulation with its placement in the news of the Republic of Indonesia.
