REGULATION OF MARINE MINISTER AND FISHERIES OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

ABOUT
UTILIZATION OF THE MEANS AND THE FISHERY COUNSELING

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

MINISTER OF MARINE AND FISHERIES REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that in order to improve the performance of the fishery and institutional capacity of the fishery through the utilization of adequate means and infrastructure and as a follow-up to Section 31 of the Law No. 16 of 2006 on System Agriculture, Fisheries, and Forestry, need to establish a means of utilization of the means and infrastructure of the Fisheries of Fisheries;
B.   that based on the consideration of the letter a, it is necessary to establish the Minister of Marine and Fisheries Regulations on the Utilization Of Means and the Exploitation of Fisheries;

DECIDED:
Establish: MARITIME MINISTER AND FISHERIES REGULATIONS ON THE UTILIZATION OF MEANS AND INFRASTRUCTURE COUNSELING.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In Regulation of the Minister this is referred to:
1. Sarana is a goods and/or movable object that can be used as a tool in the staging of fishery counseling.
2. Prasarana are goods and/or non-mobile objects that may improve or support the hosting of fishery.
3. Use of the Cloud Service for the purpose of the use and maintenance of the Cloud Service.
4. Section 2

BAB II
MINIMUM STANDARD
Section 3

a.   multimedia equipment; and
B.   Meubelair.

Section 5
(1) The minimum standard of fisheries counseling as referred to in Article 3 of the institutional level of the central, provincial, district/city, and district level, includes office buildings.
(2) The minimum standard of fishery counseling at fishery counseling posts, including:
a.   meeting room; and
B.   The mini library room.

Section 6

BAB III
USE OF MEANS AND PRASARANA
Section 8

Section 9
The utilization of means of multimedia equipment and means of meubelair as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (2), used for the means of work, meeting activities, and counseling.

Section 10
(1) Use of an office building infrastructure as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1), used to carry out administrative and management activities of the conduct of fisheries counseling.
(2) The confluence of the meeting room and the mini library room as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (2), used for:
a.   meeting activities;
B.   discussion of the fisheries reed with the main culprit and/or the business offender; and

Section 11
The pilot unit of fishery counseling in the fishing potential region as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph (1), is used for:

BAB IV

Section 12

BAB V
SUPERVISION AND CONTROL
UTILIZATION OF THE MEANS AND PRASARANA
Section 13
(1) Supervision and control of the means and infrastructure of fishery counseling at the central, provincial, district/city level, and the district is conducted through monitoring and evaluation.
(2) Monitoring and evaluation of utilization of the means and infrastructure of fishery counseling as referred to in paragraph (1) are conducted by each of the leaders of the fishery unit.

Section 14

BAB VI
OTHER PROVISIONS
Section 15

Section 16

TRANSITION PROVISIONS
Section 17
