Article 12 (1) of the fishing vessel that has owned the Fisheries Book which

Article 13 (1) The Replacement of the Fisheries Bookbook is done if the Ship Book

(3) The Director General publishes a replacement Fisheries Ship Book in the form of a duplicate of the longest 3 (three) business days since the receipt of the request complete.

CHAPTER V ABOLISHMENT OF THE FISHING VESSEL

Article 14 (1) The fishing vessel book is removed from the Fisheries Ship Book

if: a. replaced flag; b. is no longer operated as a fishing vessel; c. sink and be declared a "ship wreck"; d. missing; or e. The ship was written (scrapping).

(2) The removal of the Fisheries Book Book of the Ship of Fisheries as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted based on the report of the owner/handler of the company by handing over the Ship Book Fishing.

Article 15

The fishing vessel can be removed from the Fisheries Book of the Ship, if it does not extend SIPI/SIKPI for 2 (two) years in a row, without the reports of the company's owner/co-owner and The Fisheries Ship Book stated does not apply.

Article 16

CHAPTER VI TAGGING THE FISHING VESSEL

Article 17

(1) Fishing boats that have been equipped with Fisheries and SIPI/SIKPI Ship Books are designated fishing vessels.

(2) The fishing vessel ID as referred to in paragraph (1), includes: a. the fishing vessel, consisting of:

1) the mark of the south; 2) signs of fishing area; 3) sign fishing line; 4) sign fishing tool; and 5) the authority code of the publisher SIPI.

b. The fishing vessel consists of: 1) Single-operated fish carrier,

includes:

a) the publisher's command code SIKPI; b) the function of the ship; and c) the register number in the Fisheries Book of Fisheries.

2) The ship Fish carriers operated in fleet units, including:

a) command code of the publisher SIKPI; b) a unit of ship's functions; c) a sign of the fishing device; and d) register number in the Fisheries Board of the Ship of Fisheries.

c. Ship support vessels include: 1) command code of the publisher SIKPI; 2) fleet units-ship functions; 3) sign fishing tools; and 4) register numbers in the Fisheries Book of Fisheries.

(3) The granting of the webbed as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a number 1) in accordance with the southern mark published by the authorized instance.

(4) The giving of the fishing area marks as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a figure 2) is set on the WPP-NRI.

(5) The giving of the fishing path signs as referred to in paragraph (2) the letter a figure 3) is distinguished to:

a. The fishing line I, consisting of:

1) The fishing line IA, includes coastal waters up to 2 (two) nautical miles measured from sea level at the lowest ebb;

2) The IB fishing line, covering the waters beaches outside 2 (two) nautical miles up to 4 (four) nautical miles.

b. The fishing line II covers the waters off the fishing line I up to 12 (twelve) nautical miles measured from the sea level at the lowest ebb; and

c. Fishing lines III include ZEEI and waters outside the fishing line II;

(6) The giving of fishing tools as referred to in verse (2) letter a figure 4) is set based on the codefation of the type of fishing tool and an abbreviation of the fishing device.

Article 18 (1) The fishing vessel ID as referred to in Article

17 verses (1) is made with the provisions: a. written in black base color paint with the most length size

b. writing of a capital/numeral notation with a white with a height of the lower letter/number 25 (twenty-five) centimeter if less than twenty characters, and at least 20 (twenty) centimetres if more than twenty characters are.

(2) The fishing vessel ID as referred to in verse (1) is mounted on the middle of the hull of the left and right side of the ship or on the building on the left and right side of the ship.
