APPROVAL OF THE INCOME OF KARKAS, MEAT, JEROAN, DAN/OR
OLAKE TO THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD
MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
Weigh: a. that with the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 50 /Permentan/OT.140/9/ 2011 has been designated Recommendation Approval of Karkas, Meat, Jeroan, and/or Its Olahs Into The State Territory Of The Republic Of Indonesia;
B. that for the optimization of the ministry of the recommendation it needs to change the Agriculture Minister's Regulation Number 50 /Permentan/OT.140/9/ 2011 on Recommendation Approval, Meat, Jeroan, And/or Its Olahs Into The State Of The Republic. Indonesia;

DECIDED:
SET: AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATION ON CHANGES TO AGRICULTURAL MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 50 /Permentan/OT.140/9/ 2011 ABOUT RECOMMENDATION OF THE APPROVAL OF THE INCOME OF KARKAS, MEAT, JEROAN, AND/OR ITS REFUSAL TO BE IN THE COUNTRY REGION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.
Article I
1. Changing some provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture No. 50/Permentan/OT.140/9/ 2011 on the Recommendation Of The Admission Consent of Karkas, Meat, Jeroan, and/or Its Olahs Into The State Territory of the Republic of Indonesia, as follows:
a. Section 1 adds by inserting the number 4a reads as follows:
Section 1
“4a. Primary cut meat (
prime cut) is a piece of meat that has a fourth quality, a
juiceness and a high value, a piece of flesh with bones or without a bone derived from a healthy ruminansia that has been Lawful slaughtered. ”
B. Section 4 is amended so that the entirety of the following is the following:
Section 4
(1) Revenue, meat, and/or jeroan origin derived from the cow is set under a Coordinating Meeting of the Ministerial level coordinated by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs on the input of the Minister of Agriculture and/or Minister related.
(2) The results of the Minister ' s Limited Coordination Meeting as referred to in paragraph (1) are actionable with the eselon level Technical Coordination Meeting of the related ministries coordinated by the Ministry of Economic Co-ordination of the Ministry of the Economy to determination of RPP per venture offender.
(3) The determination of RPP per person of effort as referred to in paragraph (2) is done by considering:
a. Display power per semester based on warehouse capacity;
B. the ability to realize income of carkas, meat, and/or cow jeroan;
c. experience in the activities of karkas, meat, and/or cow ' s jeroan activities;
D. the uptake of local beef/buffalo cattle and/or the absorption of carkas, meat, and/or beef jeroan produced by the local RPH that has had Veteriner Control Number;
e. have a special meat transport tool;
f. have a working contract with industry and/or horeka; and
G. Obedience in the conduct of the laws of the income, meat, and/or cow's jeroan.
C. Adds by inserting Section 4A which reads as follows:
Section 4A
(1) The discussion of the Minister-level Limited Coordination Meeting as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and the eselon-level Technical Coordination Meeting of the related ministries coordinated by the Ministry of Economic Coordinating as referred to in Section 4 of the paragraph (2) does not apply to the income of the primary cut meat (prime cut) in cold fresh form (chilled).
(2) The installation of primary cut meat (prime cut) in cold fresh form (chilled) as referred to in paragraph (1) is required to fulfill the provisions of Article 4 of the paragraph (3).
(3) The fresh cut (prime cut) of cold fresh meat as referred to in verse (1) is carried out through Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta Airport, Ngurah Rai Denpasar Airport, and Medan Polonia Airport.
D. Section 5 is the following:
Section 5
(1) The RPP ' s successor as referred to in Article 3 of the paragraph (1) is given for a term of 1 (one) year.
(2) The implementation of cash, meat, and/or jeroan is specified in the RPP as referred to in paragraph (1) as the periodization:
a. semester I applies from the January-30 June; and
B. The term II takes effect from July-31 December.
e. Article 7 of Appendix I and inserts an Attachment of IA, so that the entirety reads as follows:
Section 7
(1) Karkas, meat, jeroan, and/or its readable olation, as listed in Annex I which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
(2) The primary cut meat (prime cut) in cold fresh form (chilled) as referred to in Article 4A as set forth in Annex IA which is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
f. Article 26 so that the entirety becomes the following:
Section 26
The RPP's application for the carcass, the meat, the jeroan, and/or its olation as referred to in Article 5 was filed in October of the previous year.
G. Adding a new Article by inserting Section 38A reads as follows:
Section 38A
(1) To meet the availability and stabilization of the price of karkas, meat, jeroan, and/or its olation can be accelerated the realization of income.
(2) The acceleration of the realization of the income as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Agriculture based on the decision of the ministerial-level Limited Coordination Meeting coordinated by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs.
2. Other provisions in Agriculture Minister Regulation No. 50 /Permentan/ OT.140/9/2011 on Recommendation Approval of Karkas, Meat, Jeroan, and/or Olahanese Into the State of the Republic of Indonesia, are stated to remain in effect.
Article II
The Regulation of the Minister comes into effect on the date of the promulctest.
