INCOME OF CARCASS, MEAT, JEROAN, AND/OR ITS REJECTION
INTO THE REPUBLIC OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

AGRICULTURE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.   that as a follow-up to Article 59 of the Section 59 (5) of the Law No. 18 Year 2009 on the Animal and Animal Health, the Regulation of Agriculture Minister Number 50 /Permentan/ OT.140/9/2011 on Recommendation Of Admission Consent is specified in the Agreement. DECIDED:

"MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE" ON THE INCOME OF KARKAS, MEAT, JEROAN AND/OR ITS REFUSAL TO BE IN THE TERRITORY OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA.

BAB I
UMUM CONDITIONS
Section 1
In this Regulation, which is meant by:

(3) Request for Recommend submitted by Foreign Country Representative/International Instituts must be supplemented by requirements:

(4) The recommendation request submitted by the State-owned Business Agency must be supplemented by requirements:
a.   Assignment by Minister of State-owned Enterprises;
B.   Corporate and/or corporate leadership IDs
c. proof of possession/lease of a cold storage which has already a NKV and a technical responsible veterinarian; and
D.   A document that is in the form of a document that is delivered correctly and is valid.

Section 23

Section 24
(1) Requests are rejected as referred to in Section 23 if the terms as referred to in Section 22 are incomplete and/or not correct.

Section 25
(1) Requests are accepted as referred to in Article 23 if it has met the requirements as referred to in Article 22.

Section 26
